The property was tucked into a quiet, private corner of the property with lots of beautiful greenery and evening sunsets over the ocean from the upper and lower lanai’s. “Unmatched for just relaxing by the ocean, sitting on the lanais- there are 3- enjoying some morning coffee and breakfast of fresh fruit! Imagine taking a swim in the ocean morning, noon or evening, and being able to shower off in a private outdoor shower! Our stay was about being able to relax with a beautiful view, and this was it!”

“We had a problem with the spa and the management was on top of making it a priority to fix. The home offers a very nice open concept with a great kitchen and views that do not grow old. We had three couples in our group and the home offered us plenty of room. The lower level rooms are smaller with limited space for luggage, but the overall experience mitigated this for us. The home is located centrally making it ideal for doing all the island excursions. We would rent this house again. ”

“This was such a nice relaxing vacation. We travel with a group of 3 other couples. The beaches and town are only about a 2-minute drive down the hill. Very convenient location in Kehei. Some of us that wanted to go to town could do that and some of us that wanted to relax stayed by the pool. There was a gazebo that allows us to grill, play music or put on the TV outside. “best possible place to stay. Hale O Honu is absolutely unique. The house is outfitted with everything you’ll need. There’s plenty of extra snorkel masks, fins, and shoes. We spent mornings swimming and snorkeling, mid day touring the island or hiking, then great evenings at home watching the sunsets before tribal council. Most mornings there were sea turtles on the beach sunning in the back yard. I cannot recommend highly enough. Location, location, location. ”

“Aloha! When we booked this stay, we were hoping for a nice place for our family of six to spend a week in Maui. What we arrived to TOTALLY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!!From the second we walked in, we felt at peace and at home.The location in Wailea was incredible. Just a short walk down the hill to Wailea beach and the house provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which was great. And the resort-like pool area was very relaxing.The bedrooms were large and clean, with super nice en-suite bathrooms....

“We stayed for 8 days and everything was perfect! Condo is clean comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Beach front pool is a must when in Maui as when the Trade Winds kick up you can retreat and enjoy the rest of the day at the pool while still enjoying the views and sounds of the beach. The pavilion and out door kitchen, ice-maker, refrigerators tables and chairs, allow every evening to be an ocean front dining experience. This is an amazing location second to none!!!! ”

“I would definitely stay here again! The condo was amazing and better than I expected. My only issues was having to try and track down the check in instructions at the last minute before we got there. Would have been nice to have some the instructions a little bit earlier. We would have ordered groceries earlier and used some of the other services offered but didn’t know about them until we checked in. I would still recommend this place. ”

“This was our fourth stay at the same property and we can safely say this unit was our least favorite. From stains on the carpet everywhere, ants and dusty furniture, the property has seen better days. Perhaps the worst of it all was hair on the bathroom floors and towels when we checked in. All these were reported to Vacasa, but all we got was an apology via text and no attempt to correct the situation. We will definitely NOT be returning to this unit.”

“The architecture and view were absolutely amazing and the house was perfect for our family. The outdoor spaces were ideal - loved the infinity pool! There were some minor issues during our stay, but the host was very attentive and quick to respond. I am confident that the owner has already handled the few remaining items. Perfecto para Maui

"Me pareció de muy buen gusto encontrar al dueño de la propiedad recibiendo clientes y entregando sus habitaciones. El lugar está muy bueno ya que cuenta con playa y con alberca. La habitación pequeña, pero muy funcional y con una cama muy cómoda. Lo que sí falla es el servicio de limpieza que no entra diario a la habitación a hacer su trabajo. No limpian los botes de basura, no cambian las toallas, no hacen las camas. Entonces esto lo convierte en un apartamento o un Airbnb. Espero que no se les haga costumbre que en los hoteles esperemos otros servicios. Fuera de eso….. todo impecable. "
