“Clean , beautiful room with a view of the mountain . The grounds were very pretty as well . Cheryl our host was very welcoming and kind . She cooked a delicious breakfast and sat with us to point out areas to visit during our short stay . Thank you for everything Cheryl ! We will surely return for a much longer stay . “Location of the property is perfect. The outdoor setting has potential (needs some tidying up and instructions). The unit was clean and had plenty of towels and most kitchen equipment (needs some more silverware). Drawbacks - There was dirty laundry outside our main door for the four days we were there. Two hours before we were to check out, a man entered the unit. That was a surprise as we were not expecting nor ready to receive any visitors. Overall - potential is there.”

“Overall Good experience! Property was very clean, limited kitchen,just small refrigerator and micro. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice! Great breakfast with nice assortment! Liked the great communication from host too! And the location to Grand Canyon is Ideal ! Only 35 minutes. A few small issues at first but they were addressed right away!! ”
