    The Space:

    Perfectly located in the heart of Kailua-Kona, this one-bedroom condo is affectionately named Casa Tropical Kona and is walkable to Niumalu and Kamakahonu Beaches and a variety of eateries. Enjoy a refreshing beverage on your lanai. Swing in the living room hammock. Cool yourself in the sparkling pool or soak in the hot tub. You'll love the relaxed Hawaiian styling throughout. An AC unit ensures a comfortable stay.



    The welcoming living area features a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a hammock. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. The dining table offers seating for four, and the kitchen bar also seats four. This home sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and a smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.



    The covered lanai provides a patio table with seating and partial ocean views. Kailua Bay Resort amenities include a pool (unheated) and hot tub, both open year-round, plus loungers and community grills. The home includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a window air-conditioning unit in the living area and bedroom. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in the carport. Additional guest parking may be available in visitor parking spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis. Street parking is not permitted.



    Stroll five minutes to Niumalu Beach or eight minutes to Kamakahonu Beach and the Kailua Pier from your perfectly located vacation rental. A variety of eateries are within a seven-minute walk and the Kona Farmers Market is just 10 minutes by foot. Practice your swing at the Kona Country Club or hike the Walua Trail North. Book a kayaking excursion or a helicopter tour and explore the incredible landscape. Sample local beer at Kona Brewing.

The unit was very clean, comfortable bed, and well-appointed kitchen. The location allows easy walking to most of downtown Kona and the assigned parking spot is a bonus.

Clean, great location, and up to date.

Easy summary because this place was perfect for our stay. Clean, great location, great amenities, easy access/rules, nice covered parking space, hammock was cool, tv Netflix/Hulu awesome, bathroom very clean extra thumbs up, and the decor was very simple comfortable and beautiful.

This place was perfect for our Kona stay. We could walk into town easily.The place was just as listed, clean and comfortable with a very useable kitchen.The lanai was great with the trees and partial ocean view. Highly recommend this unit!

Great option for Kona

We loved this place, it had all the amenities, good washer-dryer, beach items, cooking stuff (eg olive oil, salt, spices...). The kids really appreciated the hammock. Walking distance to Kona shops, restaurants etc.

Perfect Condo In Kailua-Kona

The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We could see that it was recently renovated. Perfect location, walking distance to bars and restaurants and very convenient if you want to explore the island by car. We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay here. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and then some. We loved having breakfast on the lanai in the morning with the sun peaking over the mountain. The small details, like the beach chairs and the hammock, were a nice touch that really sets it apart. We found it to be very convenient to everything in town, from the grocery stores and restaurants to the waterfront shops. It was a great place to settle in and then head out to enjoy the island.

Super clean, super convenient, but not really ocean view and the pool was under repair while we were there. Although bright and having many windows, we had to close almost all the blinds to keep neighbors from peeping in the bedroom (and other) windows.

We loved this condo. Very cute and clean. This is beyond a five star!

We really enjoyed ours stay at this condo. It had all the necessities that we needed. This condo was equipped for everyone’s needs. From washer and dryer’s, which was nice for after the beach. All the stuff you need in the kitchen. They even had beach chairs and beach towels for our use. It is decorated really cute. The pool on the resort was just ok.

Location! Location! Location!

Less than half mile from downtown shops, restaurants, and King Kam beach! Amazing convenience. Very clean, colorful, and spacious. AC units and fans worked GREAT to keep the whole place nice and cool. Can’t wait to come back! Suggestions: add a small wastebasket in the bedroom and a few hooks in bathroom and bedroom to hang towels/swimsuits.

Clean, simple but more than enough

We stayed only for 3 nights but really enjoyed our stay first of all because of the cleanliness then because it really is like the pictures it is walking distance to many places ( restaurants, farmers Market , ABC stores) would stay here again. I will tell my friends and family! Maholo …. Very much
