“Very well finished, nice art work and the beach chairs were definitely a bonus. We brought our own snorkel sets but having those available too was good. Very quiet, comfy bed.”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

“This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. Inside, the condo has everything you need to relax and have fun: fully outfitted kitchen, comfy living room and bed, nice little patio area, beach chairs and umbrella, and a variety...

“Location was great, condo was clean. Host was had good communication. I left some clothes at condo, I contact host and they responded right away. Would stay again. ”

“The pictures out the sliding window are a little misleading. The access to the beach is across the street and there was always a pickup truck with people smoking pot, drinking and blaring music right where you walk to gain access to it. It may be because the little store next to the unit has beer and wine. None of this affects you once you are inside the unit but it did keep us from sitting on the balcony,”

“This spacious studio had everything to make our stay on the Big Island wonderful. It is very easy to access but at the same time feels very private. The view from the lanai was wonderful and the cool air was refreshing. We loved the “music” of the frogs and birds at night. We so appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and coolers that were available for our use as well as the shared washer/dryer.
