“Un 10!”

“Super hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage qu’on ne puisse pas avoir facilement des bouteilles d’eau dans le pack all inclusive.”

“La experiencia ha sido buena, las instalaciones comunes muy buenas incluido el parque acuático, comida excelente, personal amable y servicial, nos ayudaron en todo, personal de animación excelente a destacar Sheila. El único punto a mejorar fue que los colchones no eran cómodos ”

“Todo perfecto muy limpio”

“The place is old, it seems the rooms were from the 70's.... I thought it would be a good idea to stay for my bday in an all inclusive but I Just wanted to be outside and experienced the culture, food and great beaches.... No greek food at the Restaurant, beach not that good and impossible to enter as it is Full of rocks and isolated. Service is good and People kind... ”

“Me gustó especialmente la profesionalidad del personal y las instalaciones”

“Sehr großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool. Leckeres Frühstück und genügend Parkplätze”

“Excelente alojamiento entre olivares, rehabilitado con mucho gusto. El personal atento y amable. El desayuno espectacular. ”

“I wouldn’t go to all inclusive to Greece again, maybe just with breakfast included for convenience, because the food outside in the restaurants is muuuch much much better and that’s one of the ways to experience Greece. The quality was ok, but nothing compared to traditional amazing flavours in the restaurants. Also the prices of food in the restaurants is very reasonable, 40-65eur for 2 people you fill your tummies :)”

“Einfach toll.”

“This is a half-renovated hotel being marketed as luxury. In fact, its previous name is still visible throughout the premises, and in some cases hastily plastered over with a sticker. We booked one of the cheaper rooms, but were surprised by how poor the quality was. The mattress was terrible — we could feel every spring despite both of us weighing 80 and 50kg. The pillows were extremely lumpy and felt like they were filled with cotton balls. The air-conditioning in the room was useless as...

“We had a very nice stay at Zoe! The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Especially George, I appreciated him very much and he’s lovely to chat with! I’m very sad I couldn’t say goodbye!! Overall we had a great time!”

“BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...

“The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.”

“El Hotel es una maravilla. Hemos disfrutado mucho en familia. La orientación es buena para luego moverse en la Isla. Muy cerca de Rethymo”

“Loved the beach. Breakfast was first class.”
