“The room was clean, as was the hallway and lobby. I wanted an extra pillow and after I called down for one they were at my door within minutes. The location of the hotel is central to evetything.”

Gym has limited equipments such as the cable machine and dumbbells up to 25kg. Lots of treadmills to do cardio. Staff is very nice. Breakfast menu is okay. There is a variety of food but it becomes dull eating the same things every morning. Overall will recommend this place for stay.”

“The room was excellamt quality, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good with cooked options of local and European food as well as a good selection of buffet options. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that it is slightly outside georgetown but this is not a criticism of hotel. Excellent pool and gym. Great hotel”

“The rooms are basic and noisy, but the staff is very kind and willing to help. The bar in front of the beach is really nice, beautifull sunsets, and in front of the hotel there is a small night food market perfect to taste local food. ”

“The family room was spacious and clean. The facilities were working properly. We had good rests there. The staff were friendly and efficient and 24-hour service. Parking by the hotel is limited but there is area along the road that allows parking. It’s a simple, clean hotel.”

“The hotel is generally good. Near the Chowprasta Market and Lebuh Keng Kwee street food. Within walking distance to Armenian St and Cannon St. Many food options nearby. The only downside was the room cleaning was only completed around 2 to 3pm. There were 2 days which I came back after lunch and the rooms were not made up yet.”

“Room key didnt work, cleaner let me in. Rather than send me a new key up, i had to go down. No juice in bar, could if got from another bar or restaurant. Card reader in bar not working had to send porter to room to pay. Pool bar unattended. Room service pizza terrible and cant put on room charge and again card reader issues.”
