“Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. ”

“They were fast to collect money , but I did not get to stay . My family and I had to buy another hotel to stay last minute . Received a text from them to say owner has changed number and cannot be contacted . Beware of SCAMS here . VRBO will not resolve the case on behalf which is worse .”

“Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

“Ants all over the beds. Very poor higiene Staff was concerned to just get additional money. They even were insisting to pay the Tourism Tax which was included in prepaid tariff and as per Expedia confirmation email. VERY DIRTY AND UNFRIENDLY PLACE ”

“We used the Swiss garden for Genting, the location is great for getting to and from KL to Genting. The only fault we have with Swiss Gardens is the lifts , someday you can wait 10-15 mins for one to have space enough for 2 people . Get the lifts sorted ! Rating will improve!! ”
