My condo is located in west plaza which is about 3 blocks from the Plaza. This is a great time of year to stroll about the plaza and get some shopping in.

5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium

Welcome to this cozy one-bedroom unit located on the third floor of a quiet building. The space can be accessed by three short flights of stairs from the front or just one flight from the back entrance.

Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a 50-inch TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bedroom features a plush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower (no tub), and the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Step outside to your private patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

Parking is easy with one assigned spot in the back, plus free street parking available.

Driving is the best way to get around. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
