Not a lot of noise from other suites although roosters and traffic could be a problem for light sleepers. “Our top 3 criteria are: ocean front, AC in the bedroom, and reasonable price. This place hit all three which is why we chose it and we were not disappointed! First floor, close to parking lot, several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Very quiet. If you’ve never been to Kauai, be sure to bring ear plugs - the roosters are all over the island and they crow all day long. We would definitely stay here again. ”
