This was a great location. You can’t see the ocean while laying in bed but you can from sitting on the bed or standing at the sliding glass back door. (You could also see the pool, hot tub and small tiki-type bar.) I would guess the ocean was maybe 150 yards away. Room was nice: king size bed, love seat, small table with 2 chairs, mini-fridge (no freezer, but got really cold), microwave, toaster, coffee maker and small sink. I think the TV was run with a Roku player. It seemed to have a subscription to Spectrum and you could log onto other sites with your own credentials. The grounds were well maintained and there was an ice machine 50’ away. The beach was only 20’ deep or so and had some incline to it but it ran as far as the eye could see to the north and south. The waves were high enough that I would not swim in it, but we saw several people swimming without issues.
We had a small service issue and they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. The only somewhat issue I had was not being able to feel like I understood the thermostat for the mini-split. The room stayed plenty cold, though, if I pushed enough buttons.
There are a couple of eating places as well as an excursion place right off the parking lot. The property backed up to Coconut Marketplace with several stores, a few restaurants and a few “events” (hula show, farmer’s market, etc) scheduled. We ate at a Chicken N Barrel a few times and got shaved ice a couple of times.
We were able to drive to
