The views are great and just as pictured. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay … breakfast on the lanai, the beach was great for kids and was the least busy lagoon, an easy walk to restaurants and great beachside pool with snacks/drinks. The kitchen could use a restock of kitchenware and TVs were very dated. The parking structure was a very nice amenity too.

Another great stay in Ko Olina

Great property and best views in the house. Can’t get any closer to the beach. It was a great, relaxing vacation. The property has all the amenities needed for a great time at the beach!

Great Ocean Front Condo with wonderful view!!

Enjoyed the property and location! Communication with property manager was a little slow, with no after hour response. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay. We have always enjoyed the properties at the Beach Villa Resort!

A perfect paradise

This is our second year staying in BT609. The unit is fantastic — you can’t ask for a better view and location. The condo is well-stocked from cooking supplies to detergents to beach gear. Instructions for the wifi, laundry, and checkout are very clear. We love the lanai where we can have our coffee in the mornings and listen to the entertainment at the bar below us. The availability of the pools and beach are also ideal. Ola has made it very easy for us to enjoy the Beach Villas, and we are planning to come back again.

Great View, Poor Service

We loved the property. The room layout was perfect for my family and the view was even better. But on our second day, we had an issue with the master bedroom AC unit. We had a back-and-forth with the maintenance crew and the property manager. No one took ownership of the issue and this resulted in us not having a working AC unit for 4 days! The unclear ownership of the issue resulted in me having to call multiple times a day for an update. Often, the people I was calling did not have an update or blamed one another for the issue. I would be hard pressed to stay here again due to a lack of ownership when an issue arises. It's a shame as the facility and amenities are wonderful. It's all about service...or lack thereof.

Paradise with a view!

We've stayed at the Ko Olina Beach Villas previously, but this was definitely the best unit yet -- the views were spectacular. Not only did we have the benefit of sunrises and sunsets from our lanai, but we enjoyed the bonus of watching New Year's Eve fireworks over the water from there, too! The condo is well-appointed, clean, and plenty spacious for us and our teenaged daughters. Check-in and check-out was easy, and when we needed to have a quick maintenance issue addressed, Ola Properties made sure to have a technician come to us quickly. We visited during the spike of the omicron variant, and were very impressed with how seriously the resort took all Covid precautions. We never felt unsafe. Our vacation was so idyllic that we've come home and booked the unit again for next year!

Great property - outstanding views

Condo was just as described. Amazing sunset views from the lanai. Lagoons were great for swimming/snorkeling. A short walk to Paradise Cove had even better snorkeling. Definitely a great place for a relaxing visit. Ate twice at Mina's Fish House at the Four Seasons - highly recommended.

Beautiful view

This is our 3rd time staying at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. We have stayed in a penthouse, on ground level and this trip we chose the unit Ocean front on the 6th floor. The unit was nice and clean but what I loved the most was the view and the beautiful sunsets. We will be back.

Great Location

Stayed two weeks, first week was great, few people around so almost like a private beach, crazy views from the Condo and was wonderful to watch sunset at night if we were back. Parking spot little tight with mini van but we got used to it. thanks again...

Best Ocean View in Ko Olina

In addition to the spaciousness of this 2 bedroom unit, the views from the lanai are No Ka Oi (the best in Hawaiian): Morning sunrise views from the dining room window, rainbows after a rain shower from the lanai, spectacular sunset views from the lanai and in the winter months whale watching from the lanai.

Complete relaxation

Having a direct view of the ocean and cove makes this condo special! We spent every morning and evening on the lanai enjoying the view and relaxing. Easy access to H1 and many options for dining. Two pools and several hot tubs, and a poolside bar for snacks and drinks. Had an amazing time. Highly recommend.

Amazing view. Beautiful unit and property. Very good for small children.

The perfect vacation with toddlers. Fun pools and safe beach. Great walkability. Live music at beach bar 2x/week and kids were dancing. Less crazy than Disney, nicer units and view for better price. This unit has an amazing view. Having it handled by Ola properties was seamless. Had an issue with the A/C midweek and it was dealt with promptly and fixed. They also referred us to Paradise Baby co. to rent a crib and baby toys. Really made the trip.

Spectacular view of beach and ocean

This is the place to relax and enjoy the spectaular view of the beach and ocean. Every morning on the balcony for coffee and wine for sunsets. Amazing!

Amazing View!

The best part of this place is the amazing view. The quality of the unit was very nice. There were some things that could be improved. The dishes and cook ware had water stains and are in need of replacement. The TV's and multimedia electronics are a bit dated. The biggest issue we had was beach access. Our unit is in the best spot on the property, however to access the beach is a walk. You have to walk all the way back to the main lobby, then walk all the way through the pool area, just to access the beach. The unit was very nice and quiet and the view was spectacular.
