Family Trip

All I can say is WOW! Our vacation was fantastic and our condo we stayed in was perfect. The grounds, pools, and beaches were beyond our expectations. The condo is beautiful and exactly what we needed.

Amazing

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. Grounds were beautiful. Loved having beach chairs and towels. The only downfall was we went during off season and amenities closed really early but I am sure the owners dont have much control over this. Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion trip

Everything was great, except the issue with wi-fi, so my husband couldn’t work from there for a couple of days and we had a leaking ceiling in one the bedrooms for two days, because of rain. Hope it was fixed. Other than that the property is wonderful.

Penthouse

The property and penthouse was beautiful! A few things could have been better . There was a problem with pigeons and birds on the balconies. They were quite dirty . The cushions on the balcony were also torn , dirty and shabby. The condo also did not provide cleaning supplies or dish sponges. No one available to speak with about the issues .

Bliss in Ko Olina

The property and the location are great. This is a wonderful location to explore Oahu from and the lagoons are perfect for families. The Royal Hawaiian beach service was fantastic. Will definitely stay here next time in Oahu with family!

Always Awesome

We’ve stayed on the Property 5-6 times, first time in this unit. It was as awesome as always. Great for our whole family we have 5 kids ages 18-10 and they all had plenty of space. Tessa was great to work with :-)

Ko Olina Escape

This is the second time we have stayed at the Beach Villas and the first time in this unit. We were really worried about the painting project, but in the end we really worried about nothing. Our stay was outstanding, the weather was great and we added to the already well stocked kitchen! We cannot wait to go back!!

Perfect family location

Communication before check-in was prompt and helpful, everything we needed was there including beach chairs and toys, all the amenities. We couldn’t ask for a better experience! Definitely coming back!

It was so beautiful!

This is our 6th trip to Ko Olina, 4 times at Marriott next door and twice here at the Beach Villa. When the children were younger, we loved Marriott , more family themed resort but not as crowded and busy as the Aulani, but now the kids are older, the beach villa works better for us. I am planning our next vacation back to Ko Olina next year abs would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Paradise

We've stayed at several resorts over the past years. This was truly an incredible stay. 11th floor. The view was breathtaking & refreshing to wake up to each morning. Parking to elevator was so close. Elevator to condo was even closer! Easily accessible. We had an elderly family member as well as another who was on dialysis - neither had any problem accessing the unit from the parking garage. Amenities were top notch! We most definitely plan to stay again.. soon! The pools & beach were perfect. Noise levels of neighbors was minimal to none. We felt secluded although surrounded. Pure bliss!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. Great place. Nice. Not a lot of nearby restaurants open during covid, but takeout and Costco are close by. Lots of snorkeling equipment and sand toys available in unit—so don’t bring or buy.

Excellent stay

This rental was everything we hoped for and more! The condo is beautiful and clean. It is very well appointed with many items not listed in the original listing. The views are beyond compare with the double large lanai’s. The kitchen supplies are starting to need replacement but are still adequate (missing some steak knives, no pizza cutter). We would rent here again and again.
