We love staying in these condos…but…

These condos and this property is absolutely amazing. Between the amenities that the condo property has and the lagoon you can’t beat it.The condo property manager was super helpful and very accommodating… Although, I will say they need to spend a little money on their condo at this point. The furniture looks very used and we made note of that and they were sending someone to clean the upholstery on the couch. All of the towels should match and should not be stained. They’re missing quite a few things that should be in a kitchen and we’re not there. Cookie sheet, can opener a large, baking dish, etc.. I think the owners need to come and check on things once in a while to make sure that things are being run properly and taking care of adequately.We would definitely stay at this property again, this was our seventh Thanksgiving

Happy Memories

The Ko'Olina Beach Villas is AMAZING! It is situated on Lagoon 2 and you have the best of both worlds having the kids swim in the villa swimming pools and the lagoon where you can watch the beautiful sunrise & sunset! Denice and her team are very responsive with everything and anything you have questions about. We got lucky with mattress in the master bedroom being switched out so we were able to sleep on a comfortable, brand new mattress! We are a family of 6 including Grandma and this condo was perfect for our family! It comes with a washer/dryer which is a must for our family when we travel, pretty white plates and bowls, most kitchen utensils, and something to look forward to in the mornings to a warm bidet seat! Not to mention waking up to the beautiful view on the lanai every morning! My family really appreciated Denice and her team going over and beyond from waiting to meet us after our connecting flight (THANK YOU ANDREA!!!) to doing everything possible to make our stay nice and comfortable. Maholo for everything to you and your team, Denice!

Everything was excellent as promised! Spotless cleanliness, fresh sheets, very well equipped kitchen for any occasion! Condo itself is in a perfect location right above the Quiet pool overlooking the ocean for beautiful sunsets!

family vacation

Our family of 5 stayed here for 8 nights. The pools on site are good, the coves attached to the property are very good. Restaurants within a short drive were nice, not very many choices within walking distance but there are a few. The only thing missing from this property was an onsite restaurant but the trade off a very nice full kitchen and BBQs was more than a fair trade. We were able to cook many full meals which was a great feature that few properties can provide. The lanai was comfortable with a great view. If we return to Oahu we will definitely consider this property again.

Beautiful property

Didn’t know what to expect but was overly pleased. We were disappointed disney was sold out but now that our trip is over and we were able to check out Disney’s rooms we were glad to have not stated there. Also in the future we will book here again

Best Resort on Oahu

Privately owned condos between Disney and the Marriot in the southwest corner of Oahu, west of Honolulu. Avoids the crowds in hotels. On it's own lagoon (manmade bay) with a beautiful beach and pretty good snorkeling. Perfect for kids 8-12 years old. Facilities are amazing. Great pools weaving around beautiful coy ponds. Nice beach bar for sunsets. We are going back as soon as we can.

First Timers

This was our first visit to Hawaii and first time using a VRBO. Other then the high cost, the overall experience was great. The location was beautiful and felt safe. The Condo was roomy enough for our family to all be comfortable and had all the home away from home ammenities. The closet with all the beach stuff was a added bonus to be able to explore new things for us. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your place.

The property and surrounding area by far surpassed my expectations. It was beautiful, well-appointed and conveniently located. Amazing oasis

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The space, the luxury, the beauty of the whole property, location and proximity to Kapolei with groceries, restaurants etc is perfect. You can walk to restaurants, hair salons, multiple lagoons. There’s amazing local food and shaved ice etc ten minutes drive. Target and Walmart are 10-15 minutes away as well. The bar offers the feel of a hotel but the luxury of grills, spacious living space, and gourmet kitchen allows you to enjoy in a more personal way. The pools are fantastic and the ocean of beautiful. Sunset walks and views are out of this world. The kids LOVED feeding the koi as well. Great for a young family where cranky kids can be tough in a hotel. Would love to come back. The kitchen and bathrooms were divine. We also had two balconies so amazing views of both sunrise and sunset!

Great Place

We had an excellent stay at the condominium! The location is outstanding. It is well stocked and was clean upon arrival. The amenities of the building are very nice. The pool and proximity to the beach are great. The Manager was incredibly responsive and fast to addess any inquiry or problem. I really appreciate that type of attention to detail. This is an outstanding rental. Thank you!

Welcome to your perfect vacation

We were greeted at check-in and given a tour of the property. Such a great way to start the vacation. The facilities were first rate- and amenities so close- really no need to leave KoOlina except a Costco trip! Condo had port-a-cribs, high chair, beach toys. We wanted for nothing. The staff on site were amazing. Stay here if you want a relaxing, perfect vacation They even helped me with an extra day when plans changed. Excellent!!!

Great location

Property had two lovely pools and ended up on a wonderful bay with the best sunsets. Property manager was very prompt and attentive 5 stars. Checking in was very easy, property manager texted us when we landed in airport and arranged an early arrival. Property was clean, only issue was furniture needed updating due to ware. Overall 5 stars
