“Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....

“I've stayed at 802 W Main twice, and I enjoyed my stay both times. The place is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location is great because it is in walking distance from the bus and the train.The only thing I didn't like was the shower mat in the bathtub, which is like a carpet that never fully dries. I just moved it to the side so I didn't have to touch it.After several other sub-par VRBO experiences in Houston, this place is my go-to for my monthly work...

“Good area and easily accessible property.”

“The property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen area is open concept to living area and well set up. The patio looks out over the pool but it was very quiet at night. The only drawback is the property access is through an app for each door and you have to scroll through each description to find the correct access. Parking garage is large into fit a 3/4 pickup in with no problems. I would definitely stay again. The walk to the NRG center is not bad. One block over and through...

“Location was really good. Checkin was easy and all necessary information was provided. There is on 1 TV in the apartment and it was in the living room which was OK but their was no couch just a daybed to sit on and it was quite uncomfortable. Also there was only a total of three towels. They were thin and scratchy. ”

“Overall, our stay was solid! The host and management of the complex were friendly and easy to work with. We discovered the hair dryer was missing...and a new one was door dashed to us. The apartment was quiet and faced in to the pool area with a comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen. There is no table, though, so if you are looking to cook meals, plan on eating on the couch. “The host communicated briefly but throughly. We didn’t have any issues with our stay. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. A perfect place to stay for a group of 3 or less. Traveling to downtown was 12 mins, this stay is conveniently located in a great area.”
