“The photo posted before we booked was a complete different room, the bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…the water pressure barley was working and smelled like rotten sewer, was a bunch of napkins in a ball that looked wet in the window, the dresser had random belongings and clothing in them, no towels no tv like listed and the washer and dryer that was listen was apparently “in maintenance” ”

“This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It truly feels like a home away from home. So clean, so comforting, and everything worked so well. Beds were comfy, everything fully stocked. Neighborhood feels nice and safe. We are just SO pleased!! We are grateful for this place to stay!!!”

The house was amazing, we had 10 people plenty of room, very clean, description of property was what is was, outside space great for the kids (fenced in back yard & playset) Great communication with the host and very helpful. Check in and Check was so smooth. Very great experience!! ”

“The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish...
