Really good stay. Ideal location for getting around the city and it's right near the castle and the river. Beautiful decor inside. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good - would be nice if they had more vegan options but it wasn't a problem to ask for the kitchen to make something like oat porridge etc. for us and to get soya milk (for cereal or just for coffee) which was great. I'd advise you to make your dietary requirements clear at reception. Hotel was very quiet. Staff were all friendly. Lolita in particular, made our breakfast time perfect, ensuring the kitchen prepped suitable food for us and we were taken care of. The bar is also great - Dalius is a very experienced bartender. Overall would recommend staying here as location is great and value for money is excellent.

Great stay!
Pleasant stay overall! We had a room on the 4th floor with skylight windows which were quite nice. Very clean and interesting architecture inside. Breakfast had many options.

Very nice room and good breakfast. On edge of town, near large park and castle. Relatively close to bus stop, no problem taking bus from bus and train stations.

Imødekommende personale og pæne værelser.
Hotellet er pænt og velholdt. Har en dejlig sky-bar. Personalet er venligt og imødekommende. Dog forstår jeg ikke at hotellet har 4 stjerner. Morgenmaden er jævnt kedeligt. Der er et stort udbud af mad, men det meste er nærmere dessert end morgenmad. Værelserne er pæne og velholdte, men ikke mere end det. Jeg fik kun gjort rent/redt seng 2 gange på 5 overnatninger.

Supert hotell med bra beliggenhet til gamlebyen.
Var på dette hotellet for andre gang. Fantastiske folk som jobber der. Hyggelige og serviceinnstilt. Store rom, gode senger og veldig rolig hotell. God frokost med bra utvalg. Sentralt i gamlebyen. Kommer tilbake.

Siisti ja kaunis hotelli sisältäpäin. Aulan sisutus ja näkymät oikein kivat. Itse hotellin sijainti oli outo ja ympäröivät rakennukset ja hylätty tontti eivät puhutelleet. Asiakaspalvelu ok, aamiainen melko suppea ja gluteenitonta leipää, pullaa, keksiä tmv. Ei ollut ollenkaan. Huoneissa onneton äänieristys. Jopa tavallinen puhe kuului läpi. Huoneissa kylpyammeet, joissa korkeat reunat ja amme itsessään hyvin liukas. Ei siis sovellu iäkkäille tai huonokuntoisille. Tyynyt ja sängyt hyvät.

This hotel is a wonderful mix of old and new right in old town. The staff was very helpful and terrace patio has great views!! Their food was also excellent!! Not a place to park but they helped me arrange to pay for parking on the street, which was right in front of the hotel. It is also right next to the Neris River with a beautiful walkway to enjoy

An exceptionally comfortable bed started the weekend off in fine style. The hotel's right in the Old Town (which might be small, but is nonetheless very attractive) and an easy walk to the castle, the main museums, the river and the town square. The staff are smiley and very helpful. Best of all is the basement restaurant - it might not be cheap but it was worth every single cent.
