“Property was amazing and relaxing. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The Bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the historically bad Kona low in mid March. Winds and rain were non-stop and Shelly was very accommodating. She checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Hana.”

“The property was very well landscaped with lots of interesting plants although there was a fair amount of construction material in the yard and it needed mowing. We didn’t see the owners while there. No cell service and couldn’t get the WiFi to work.”

“Perfect experience to end our stay on Maui. In the rainforest/exotic plant/farm way of living. Terry and Michael should be guides for us all, in sustainably practices. Waking to the chirping birds, fresh eggs, walks in the gardens, scents of beautiful flowers/plants. Natural nourishment for our senses and souls. Cannot explain by words, one must experience it. (Clean minimalist cottage with all the amenities including much appreciated laundry). Hope to be back someday. Mahalo.”

“Great stay, perfect location. Research locations to eat before you arrive. Really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of Hana, the people were amazing, and the overall stay was good. Please remember there is no air-conditioning, Wish communication from host was better.”

“Place smelled musty. Fan on kitchen wall was so dirty. Some kitchen cabinets wouldn’t close while another couldn’t open unless you opened refrigerator. However, the view was beautiful.”
