“It was good. The only negatives were that the hot water was inconsistent and the air conditioning was noisy.”

“Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Lots of snacks, coffee stuff centrally located.”

“Nice comfortable place to stay with Son, Daughter-in-law, and grandkids. The kitchen was equipped well and let us all eat there. Everything was nice and clean.”

“First, the photos are not nearly as nice as the property. The property is much larger than the photos make it look. It is not totally isolated but close. The house sits on what is certainly double lot. Tons of space to play in both on the top and at the bottom of the property. Even a hammock. The house next door, while close, it not very noticable. They are on a dead end street with no traffic and absolutely no noise. This is a very quiet place. The decor also makes it a very peaceful place....

“We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!”

“Our family had a wonderful time at this lakehouse! As soon as you step in, the views of the water are just amazing, calm and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Krysta was one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. Excellent communication, friendly and answered my questions (there were a few!) with kindness. We are hoping to return next year!”

“This location has a very beautiful view”

“It was quite and peaceful… beautiful setting… loved the tiny house”

“Everything as promised along with the communication from the host was great. Everything I needed was available along with several added touches. Really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay feel like a home away from home ”

“There were 5 of us ladies that came up for 3 days and 2 nights as a girls trip. Each of us agreed that it was such an awesome place to stay! We each had our own room. It was so quiet, comfortable and peaceful there. The beds were very comfy. The snacks they left for us were great. We would definitely stay there again should we come back to Shipshewana. Our hostess was very accommodating and answered all of our questions and took care of our needs immediately. Would highly recommend!”
