I am embarrassed I spent $153 for the one night stay at the Red Lion. Very limited staff (when I walked in and waited in line while one very harried desk clerk worked feverishly to get people checked in. After almost checking in...she simply walked away. But I had my room key (2223) so I left and went in search of the room. THAT TASK took me 15 minutes.
The room itself...was deplorable. For God sake, replace the sink in the bathroom...it is so cracked and old, you should be embarrassed yourselves.
The bathtub also has a larger crack or chip, and it looks as if a 3rd grade child tried to "repair" it??
A clogged toilet? Seriously, a clogged toilet???? And I'm given that room?
No outlets except for the little clock on the nightstand. ??? I had to leave my room and find a place where I could purchase an extension cord with 3 plug-ins.
The heater/cooler...did not cool down the room. It started to do so...then it simply quit. I slept for 3.5 hours in a warm room and finally gave up any thought of more sleep.
When I left this morning at 8:00 am ... I wanted to mention my concerns about the room...but not one Red Lion employee was found. I finally gave up and walked out.
A terrible experience. And I will be detailing it on Google where I have a larger following of my reviews.
