“Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. “The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The balcony was a plus. The beach access was ideal although on several occasions the “green” elevator key; which I would assume would work on the beach gate didn’t and we had to ring the bell; albeit everyone in the party tried w/o success. Speaking of the beach; the umbrella and chairs listed in the amenities was less than par. The umbrella has multiple broken arms and the chairs should indicate “sand” chairs; the description being misleading to think...
