“This is an UNSAFE unit!! The unit had black mold on the walls, inside the fridge, and probably all inside the air ducts. When we mentioned this to the owner they came and quickly wiped it but if you know how mold works you know it is deep inside the HVAC system and walls. We had headaches inside the unit.
