Very nice place.

Everything was clean, convenient and well cared for. We liked the area, very close to great food. Pool was clean and well kept, beach area had great sitting areas and pavilions. All in all would definitely stay again in the same unit.

Wonderful stay. Extremely clean and quiet. Well appointed and kitchen fully stocked if you are a cook (which we didn't). Pool salt water, beach raked every morning. Beautiful property. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises 😍

Loved my vacation in paradise

Located in a quiet area, safe for walking or biking. Enjoyed the sandy beach with umbrellas and chairs. Quiet and relaxing. The room was perfect for two people. The owners thought of everything. Very clean and check in process easy. Would stay again.

Just book it: you'll be happy you did.

The unit was great: super clean, tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and exceptionally functional, including the compact but well-equipped kitchen and the excellent WiFi and TV. The complex's common areas were exceedingly well-kept, from the parking lot to the pool to the amazing private beach, which is bulk-headed and has groomed sand, plenty of chairs, loungers, tables and two Tiki huts with picnic tables. We definitely plan on returning.

Nice property, enjoyed our stay. Great rooms and waterfront area. Consider updating your coffee maker, the bathroom window could use more privacy curtain the current lacy type allows outdoor viewing from the condominiums adjacent to our buildings. The indoor security light appears to have a rag or cloth attached to it, not sure what the purpose of this is but it may be illegal.

This is our 2nd stay here. Our review from last year stands. We're pasting it below. Great location, a bit pricey for what it offers.

This is a great property in the middle of the keys. The neighborhood is pretty and a nice little beach right on the property. It could use some improvements when their rate is pretty expensive. The mattresses sag in the middle so sharing it with someone is difficult. They don't provide conditioner and getting additional soaps/supplies is a bit of a hassle since you can only do it during limited hours (hours that you are busy on vacation).

Clean and well-maintained

This unit was nice and had everything we needed. The property was very clean and well-maintained. There were kayaks and paddle boards available for use. There were ample beach chairs and covered areas near the beach. The pool was nice and thee were also pool toys, noodles and floats available. Location was close to restaurants and downtown Marathon, but quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and Easy

Place was clean, well stocked. Pool and beach area are very nice. The towels were great, thick and plenty of them. Cute place, we would easily rebook.
