“The condo was very nice. The photos didn’t lie. When I asked Rent KW about what type of appliances where in the condo they couldn’t answer me. Also the communication at check in was awful. The Rent KW agenthad no patience with my question about the code to get in the door. She told me to read my email and hung up. I didn’t get an email. When I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer. My wife had to call on her phone so they wouldn’t recognize the number. ”

The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys.”
