“Did not disappoint on cleanliness. That’s usually my biggest fear. It was a great location. After figuring out how to get in, the extra steps for security were appreciated. The pool was a little smaller than expected, but not a big deal. It was a great location to all the sites we wanted to see. Host was very responsive and communication was easy. Good rental, I would stay again.”

“This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...

“Nice place to stay because of its close proximity to all of the restaurants, shops and bars on Duval Street but it could use some upgrades and repairs. We all have the best intentions about disconnecting from the internet but sometimes you just can't help, especially for work, so it's important to have reliable internet. A full house requires a fully stocked bathroom (e.g. toilet paper, towels, etc.). A little TLC will make this a must stay VRBO.”
