  • Boli Townhouse is an extraordinary WEEKLY rental property that you will enjoy with only a short walk to Old Town and the beach.

    Boli Townhouse is located in the Truman Annex, a gated community in downtown Old Town Key West. Boli Townhouse IS ONE OF A VERY FEW LEGAL WEEKLY RENTALS. It is a two bedroom (a king bed in each bedroom), two full bath unit with the primary suite on the second floor.

    There is a breakfast room, complete galley kitchen, guest bedroom, bath with tub / shower and large L shaped living room on the ground floor. The primary suite on the second floor has a sitting area, flat screen TV and a complete bath with walk in shower. The furnishings are DELUXE; this is not your ordinary rental condo (free secure WiFi, three flat screen TV's, CD player, radio, DVD players with movie library & washer/dryer). Oriental carpets and a great variety of artwork add to the relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor deck has a dining table for six, hammock and lounge chairs for sunning. Boli's pool, is a one minute walk from the front porch, only a splash away!

Boil was perfect. Everything I needed was there when I arrived. I had all the amenities of home. Each day was filled with bike rides and each night strolls to explore downtown key west.The location is perfect for enjoying all that Keywest has to offer. Our first time ever and hope to return.

Spacious and comfortable

This is a really nice size unit with comfortable furniture inside and out. Close to everything but quiet as well. We’d stay here again for sure!

Almost Heaven

Property was in very good condition overall, was clean and well kept. The rear patio was well furnished and maintained. The location was perfect, a short walk to all of the attractions, dining and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Accommodating

I’ve stayed in many places in the Truman Annex, and recently had the opportunity to stay at the Boli House. I found the accommodations to be excellent. The location was near all attractions yet very quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Overall, this was a great experience and I hope to stay here again.

Great Place To Stay In Key West

Accomadations were great for our party of four. Plenty of room with all the luxuries of home. The location is outstanding for Duvall Street.entertaiment.Would book again.

Great location Key West

Easy walk to downtown Duval Street, Truman Little White House and lovely neighborhood. It was great having two bedrooms with comfortable king size mattresses. Dining on the deck was lovely.

Beautiful property! Very clean. Has everything you need. It is walking distance to everything you want to see in Key West. Location is in a safe, quiet area. Host is very thorough in directions and recommendations! I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at the Boli House in Key West. Great location for lots of activities close by. Too many things to do in just a weeks visit, so will have to come back. John was a great host and would stay here again when we come back.

Un-Boli-evable (In a Good Way) Stay at Boli Townhouse!

This has been our 5th time to Key West in 3+ years and 3rd stay at Shipyard and BY FAR this has been the nicest unit we've been in at the Shipyard. From ease in booking, communication from host explaining EVERYTHING, making sure everything was OK during our stay, John was great and I look forward to booking his unit in the future.

Key West Boli Stay

We loved the location and close proximity to many of the areas attractions. Communication withe the owner before and during the trip was very thorough and timely. The condo was clean and well-stocked. The patio area was great. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great property, great location Listing is accurate Very comfortable, we had a Great time!! I would love to stay here again and totally recommend it to anyone looking at this listing!! Suggestion: before heading out to store to stock up for a week, Check out all the extras at the townhouse first!
