This newly-remodeled studio beckons you inside with its nine-foot ceilings, lovely contemporary decor and an abundance of Florida sunshine to brighten your day. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!
    ***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.

    Your happy getaway begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style studio that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and community pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair for a decadent nap or reading escape. then satisfy your culinary cravings at the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

    SLEEPING AND LIVING ARRANGEMENTS...
    Pamper yourself in your private bathroom with glass and marble tile, quartz countertop, large mirror, and roomy glass shower. The bedroom features a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HD TV. Whip up your refreshing beverage and light meal in the kitchenette, which includes a quartz countertop and wet bar sink, microwave, mini-fridge, and keurig station. Slip outside to your private deck with views our botanical gardens that overlook the pool and stone waterfall.

The adorable studio room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I haven’t slept that well in a long time! Love the communal pool as well. I would definitely return

We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's. Minty's was close and cheaper than everywhere else. I would book this place everytime. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful oasis! Not a single complaint to be had. You thought of everything. The pitchers/ water cooler/ ice machine were gold in the heat. The pool melted my stress away every day. Location and help with checking in were to tier. Concierge service just puts this listing over the top with being able to help with all your needs. We loved our time, will recommend you to everyone and look forward to coming back!

Fabulous stay. Very quiet location. Perfect after a busy Key West day. The fresh water pitchers and ice machine were a very nice addition. The pool was relaxing.

Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to town. Cozy inn with plenty of space and kitchen essentials. Just wish the sheets were a little softer. Staff responded immediately to my questions. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Palms. It was clean and restful. Walking distance to the southernmost point in the USA and Duval St. After a pleasant dinner and walk back, my husband took a dip in the pool. The studio was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was great! The studio also has a small refridgerator. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely beautiful and clean accommodations. Parking was not fun as we got in pretty late. I had to text after 11 pm, but I was texted back immediately. There was some very strange noise in the middle of one night, but we had no clue what it was. Great communication! A little pricy, but it’s Key West, so that’s to be expected.

Having a pool was nice, lots of gates to navigate through if you have a bike, overall good location since it was close to Duval but in a quieter part of town.

Quick Getaway

Very secluded feel to this place. When in the pool, you feel like you are in an oasis on a tropical Caribbean island! Loved this place. Will definitely stay here for our next visit.
