We had a great stay overall. The home was spacious with a nice layout and felt newer than a lot of the other options we looked at.Location was ideal: close to the Duval Street action but far enough away to be quieter.Backyard was large, clean, and fully fenced, which was perfect for our pups. The pool was great (clean, shaded, enjoyable) and the house had plenty of linens for beach or pool days. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked very well. Both bathrooms had lovely showers, but they leaked at the bottom so the floors ended up wet after each use.Communication was very thorough, though the checkout instructions were a bit conflicting: the text message said we didn’t need to do anything, while the online guide asked us to gather towels, start the washer, and put the trash out. Not a big deal, just slightly confusing at checkout.Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location.

Absolutely love this Casa de Cubana. It was literally steps away from Duval, yet the Casa offer us a quiet and private evening setting. Bear in mind there are lots of renovations around us (I mean behind, next to and opposite this property). So outdoor enjoyment during the day is a limited. (We wish management had warned us of such.) Nonetheless, we do notice there are lots of renovations throughout the downtown. Other than that, the property is perfect! Will absolutely return once all the renovations are done.

Very clean. furnishings high end. maybe not child friendly. steps from Duval St. 20 min walk up to Mallory. Could use some more towels/washcloths. Lovely outdoor area. Pool was nice to have. Unfortunately we had major construction going on behind and to the side on 2 properties so massive noise and dust during day.

The house was in an impeccable condition. It was clean and provided some basic amenities. We pointed out that the kitchen didn’t have any wine glasses and within 30 minutes, they delivered them to the house. The responsiveness of the owner is super fast and everyone we met from the team is super friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better. Highly recommend and we would definitely come back.

The house was great! Clean and comfortable. Davis, the pool cleaner and helper was really easy to talk with and helpful to us. The design of the shower allows lots of water to puddle on the bathroom floor. Maybe a rubber flange of some sort would help. Also, I suggest some task lighting for the living room. These are merely suggestions because everything was nice and clean great location too!

This was genuinely one of the cleanest and nicest homes we have stayed in for the price. The location was perfect as it was tucked enough away from the action but close enough to walk to everything. The host was extremely responsive. The pool was also a nice perk. We will definitely book in the near future and have already recommended to others.

I picked this house after looking at so many because of the pictures and let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. My wife and friends were very happy with my choice. Very elegant and unique. Very clean, private and right off Duval.We most certainly enjoyed this house.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful property. We can't sing its praises enough. Everything is perfect, location and decor, pool. The management respond immediately to any concern, with actual humans answering the phone and immediately correcting any problem. Colcada has many properties on the island; I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The property is gorgeous, clean and comfortable, and the location - just steps off Duval Street - could not be better. A small shaded pool kept us cool in the heat of summer. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms and interior. Will definitely come back here when staying in Key west!

Wonderful

Beautiful house, furnishings. Colcada is awesome responding immediately to any concerns in person. Just some minor points, house needs some supplies such as bar glasses. Also needs a detailed written instruction book, not just emails, which is the industry standard. We never figured out how to disable the back door alarm. Five stars!

This is a great place. Very clean and nice. The check in and check out process was a breeze and the management was very quick to respond to our questions. The location right off Duval is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, but you're far enough away from the late night bars to filter out the noise. However a rogue rooster may try to wake you up in the morning . Beautiful place, definitely recommend.
