Fantastic vacation!

We absolutely loved this home! It was very well appointed, stocked and was very clean. It was also centrally located to Old Town. The team at Avant Stay were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive and helpful.

Easy Livin was Livin Easy

Second time staying at this house. Loved every minute of it! Large enough for all accommodations! Location was perfect. Only thing I can pick on was the pool heating. Even after spending almost $900 to heat it, it still didn't work properly. All in all, we loved our time at the Easy Livin house and will definitely do it again!

Everything We Hoped For

The Easy Livin' stay was everything we expected and more. Originally based around a work trip, our team and their family members found this place accessible and a nice retreat while already on vacation.

Be Wary of AvantStay!

Be wary of AvantStay! In their description of “EasyLivin” in Key West, AvantStay did not reveal in advance: (1) in addition to the quoted one week rental rate and taxes, the invoice included a substantial “host fee” and “service fee”; (2) There is a substantial additional charge for heating the pool to 78 degrees [small pool, warm climate] (3) if you lose your house keys you will be charged a substantial fee. When I inquired what the unheated pool temperature was, AvantStay replied “Key West has perceived temperatures between 75°F and 90°F on those dates”. “Easy Livin” is not the best choice for seniors: (1) neither the pool nor entrance stairs have a handrail; (2) both upstairs bathrooms have a tub/shower combination w/o grab bars (not described); (3) the bed in the main bedroom is 34” high which is hard for some to climb on. Except for the above, we had a nice stay. “EasyLivin” is lovely, and AvantStay was helpful with a maintenance problem. Suggestion: label the multitudinous wall switches, fix stuck doors/locks, and replace the twin beds (rickety).

Lovely home in great quiet location

We were a family of 7 adults and a one year old. House was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, large and comfortable outdoor area both covered and open. Great small pool, lots of room to spread out. Location is great-close to everything but quiet and secluded in Truman Annex.

Truman Annex home

The house is beautiful. It was very Clean and pool was perfect. We are gonna miss our Lizard friends. The house had just enough curtsies to get us started with toilet paper, dish detergent, sample shampoo, etc. Home has wooden shutters we used in case storm Elsa hit the most southern point of Key West. Lucky it blew around us and only heavy rain over night. :-) We felt safe and Living Easy, within walking distance to everything. Duval st. Mallory Square nightly sunset 🌅 gathering, Taylor state beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful paradise. Newark, Delaware & Newtown, Pa. friends.

Amazing spot in the middle of Key West

We really enjoyed our stay here - the perfect location, accessible to all the livelihood of Duval Street with none of the noise back at home! The Truman Annex is a special spot. We hope to be back!

March getaway

Location is terrific, easy to walk to everything. House is in excellent shape, well equipped The March Art show was on at the Waterfront Park on Sunday, a nice start. Latitudes on Sunset Key was great for breakfast. Went to Truman White House and Hemingways. We were very pleased with the property managers quick response to fix a protruding nail on the railing to the second floor.

Relaxing Oasis away from Pandemic

We really needed this time together with our college girls especially after this crazy year. The house was so cozy and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and backyard especially because it was so private and we spent most mornings and nights on the porch eating and talking. The beach was a quick bike ride away and we were so close to great restaurants where we picked up our food to go. Although we were very stressed about the virus we felt very safe during our week. Everyone worse masks and restaurants were not at capacity and some took temps. Although we only ate out 3 times we enjoyed all the food on the island using Ubereats and biking to get it to go. We loved the house and loved eating in after a day of sun and biking and beach. The 4 bathrooms were the best! We each claimed one and no arguments on who goes first! Loved having master on first floor. We loved our week and wish we were still there!

Great and Easy.

Easy Livin was just that, everything was easy. From the original booking, the check-in and most of all our stay. We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving to find the home had met all our expectations. The home was beautifully appointed, very clean, fully stocked and with more than enough room for six adults to share a wonderful week. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, there were plenty of towels for showering and the pool/beach. The location was convenient to get to Duval Street and other attractions. We have no hesitation recommending this home as a great place to stay in Key West. Five stars.

Best House in Key West

This was the best place to stay. Location is awesome, walking distance to everything. This home has plenty of room for a large family and beautiful sitting areas under the covered porch and by the pool. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook or you can cook on the grill located on the back porch. They have supplied plenty of bath and beach towels no need to have to bring any of those. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone I know that ask where to stay in Key West.

Amazing property and location!!

The location of this home in Truman Annex is great! Huge home, very comfortable for our group of 8 adults, 1 child. We walked everywhere, Fort Zachary Taylor beach was fun, Hemingway House tour great, our pool was smaller but fun, with lots of pool toys. Ate so much good food, even cooked at home one night. Rented a crib and high chair from The Hip Tourist. Key West is wonderful!!

Great Vacation Home

We rented Easy Livin' for a family get together with our adult children and their spouses. The home was well located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood just steps from Duval Street with lots of shops and restaurants , Mallory Square for viewing sunsets and Fort Zachary Beach for swimming. The home was beautiful, very clean, and well furnished. There were several areas inside and outside the house that were large enough for all of us to gather. It was stocked with more than enough bath and beach towels. The large kitchen had all the utensils, small appliances, pots and pans, spices one would need. Loved our stay there!

So much fun, so much room , so little time !

Wish we could have stayed longer. Had to get back to employment and the real world. Kitchen was so well equipped we were able to eat most meals at home and enjoy the nice patio and pool. Might want to check on grill temperature controls.
