The house was AMAZING!! Beautiful and Spacious. The only complaint would be the Pool was full dead/live worms. It was difficult communicating with after hours person. Wish there was a Text stream able to use. One of guests used a net and spent 1.5 to 2.5 hours cleaning out worms. But highly recommend this property. Will return in the future. Thank you for a Great property.

The Ebberly House

The Ebberly House overall score was 3 to 3.5 stars. Some of the very positives were the Brightwild team allowed us earlier excess and a delayed departure as our flights did not match up with the arrival and departure schedule. Some of the amenities could be improved. For example, there were no tissues anywhere to be found, there was no front door mat, no dish towels or drying rack were available. Some other items that should be made accessible would be a few throw blankets would have been nice along with a couple of umbrellas. The following items must be fixed. The televisions throughout the house would turn on and off randomly. The kitchen may have been well stock at one time; however, we encountered a lack of mixing bowls and assorted kitchen utensils i.e. spatulas, whisks and tongs for example. The dishwasher was difficult to start. We are not sure why, but we had a hard time getting it to work. The biggest issue with the house it was listed as a 6-bedroom house with 5 on the second floor. One of the bedrooms had no door and the other had no closet. Also, ALL the doors on the second floor did not close or latch. This included the primary bedroom doors (if it was there) and ALL the bathroom doors. I was told by one of the maintenance employees that this has been an ongoing problem at the Ebberly House. The Ebberly house is adjacent to US Route 1 and from time to time it was very loud outside.

Grad celebration

There were 9 of us staying there, although there were enough beds for more. It was a great house with super AC. Great grill outside, which we used 3 nights. We all enjoyed the pool and ping pong table! We would definitely go back.

Beautiful home with a nice pool

We were centrally located to use our boat and enjoy Key West - just a short drive from everything. The house was so lovely and the property management should have more than 5 stars for their quick attention to any of our needs. A wonderful stay!

Family Getaway

The worst thing about this place is the regret it will bring you if you don’t stay for at least a week. The Owners and Manager are very very accommodating and Great kinds of people that you only encounter once in a lifetime! Thank you so much!!!! We will be back!!!!

It’s a beautiful home

We arrived Monday afternoon. We got an early check-in because our plane got in earlier then we called the property management and they gave us a code to get in.The place was so nice and clean. The mattress were comfortable, and the linens were white Cotton the pillows, however, were solid foam very little give, and for me very uncomfortable. I prefer a down pillow. I should’ve brought my own. My room was very bright, clean and welcoming so was my bathroom.The kitchen was well equipped and workable. We cooked several meals there. The living room is in very close to the kitchen actually in the same room. The house is plesantly decorated. The pool was a lot of fun with giant floating lounge chairs but and the hot tub was very cold. I cleaned the skimmers, but there are no tools to fish things out like the poor little frogs that were stuck in there. It’s a peaceful neighborhood. We walked our dogs around and saw some very nice houses and yard. One night walked to the dock and saw neon green algae. The yard was fenced and well groomed. My biggest problem with this house was the proximity to route 1. It is very very loud. Our last 2 nights were disrupted by the house Nextdoor. A large group of very loud and rowdy teenagers. There appeared to be no adults present. Not what we expected in this upscale neighborhood. In general we enjoyed ourselves
