This condo is equipped with BRAND NEW everything from top to bottom with nothing but the finest appliances, fixtures, and furnishings. Enjoy the game or your favorite movie on our new Samsung smart TV's in each bedroom including a 60 inch in the living room. Sit back and enjoy your private balcony, and catch the sunset over the salt ponds while sipping your beverage of choice. Other in-unit amenities include a brand new Keurig machine with pods and full size washer and dryer. Take advantage of some of the amenities located at the resort: Heated community pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis court.

This property was wonderful. The furniture was new and the balcony view was lovely. We didn't use the pool so I can't really rate it. It looked nice.

Just what we needed

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Right location, not too far out of town. Was wonderful having the 2 bedrooms and baths. The balcony was the best part, overlooked nice landscaped areas. Everything was just like the website showed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place

Really enjoyed staying here. Unit was very nice and clean. Only 10 or 15 minutes from Duval. It’s by the airport but we were gone most of the day and planes don’t take off or land during the night. Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect for us. Close to everything. The condo was clean, specious, and everything we expected. I would definitely stay again. The only change I would make is that the trip lasts longer.

Easy communication with the host. Condo was clean and stocked with everything you would need like extra paper towel, washer detergent, fully equipped kitchen and extra linen. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again next time we are in Key West.

Perfect Place for Us!

My husband, our friends, and I (two couples total) had a wonderful 4 night stay in this condo! It was clean and well-stocked with all we needed. We didn’t cook since we wanted to enjoy the restaurants and night life of Key West, but enjoyed relaxing in this lovely home. The location was perfect, with easy access to all parts of Key West attractions. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks Chris, for a wonderful Key West experience!

Such a beautiful condo. Staying there was convenient to all action in the town center. Also, staying near the airport was not a problem at all. No flights in the evening. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great. :)

Beyond my expectations

When I saw this condo online, I could tell it was special. This is my 4th time in KW and it is, by far, the nicest place I’ve stayed. Chris was a wonderful host and has made sure his guests are not only comfortable but spoiled with this newly renovated condo. It had everything we needed and more for a relaxing trip. Thank you, Chris, for an exceptional retreat from the cold winter up north!
