Bienvenido a nuestro condominio cómodo y encantador piso 2 en la sección del astillero de Truman anexo. Unidad # 258 es un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño decorado con buen gusto con vistas a la piscina.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. El baño remodelado con un paseo en la cabina de ducha. La cocina totalmente equipada se abre al porche frontal que da a la zona de la piscina. Este porche cubierto ofrece protecci��n contra el sol caliente de Key West y la ducha tropical ocasional. El porche trasero es ideal para tomar el sol y contemplar las estrellas.
Todo lo que se ofrece para hacer que su estancia sea placentera incluye Internet de alta velocidad Comcast, reproductor de DVD, secador de pelo, licuadora, toallas de playa, lavadora y secadora. Así que tome una bebida fría y una toalla y diríjase a su sillón junto a la piscina

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect spot. It has every amenity you would need for a comfortable stay. Check in process was smooth and really enjoyed getting a call the week prior to check in to go over everything.

The perfect location

We stay in this complex every time we visit. You can walk everywhere you want to go. With this specific unit the pool is literally steps away and the front porch is a perfect location for sunrises over the pool area. All the pictures matched the reality. We were there two weeks and we plan on staying there again.

The owner has made some upgrades over the years including a new bathroom which is very nicely laid out and maximize the use of space.

Would highly recommend both Green Spot unit and Compass Realty!

Happy Times at Greenspot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Greenspot for the month of February for perhaps the last dozen years. The upstairs unit overlooks the pool. The unit is always clean and if there are any issues, the maintenance team is always responsive. The owner upgraded the bathroom a few years ago and it now makes efficient use of the space especially with having pocket doors.

Nice Second Floor Unit

Truman Park is an excellent location (and a nice park in general) to watch the sunset if you don't want to walk to Mallory Square. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby and a short walk to Duval St entertainment, CVS and Walgreens, Fausto's Food Palace, Ft Zach Taylor beach.This is a great 2-bed, second floor unit overlooking the pool. It had everything we needed, and the back deck has a larger dining table and lounge chairs that aren't shown in the photo. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but nothing you can do about that. The unit is clean and comfortable; would stay in this unit again.

The location was absolutely awesome. Right at the shared pool and walking distance to all the old wotne activities. Can't beat the location for sure.

The Green Spot was nicely decorated and a great location with quick access to the pool. Easy walking distance to Fort Zachary, tasty restaurants, and of course classic Key West attractions. Comfortable for four adults. AC works well, YAY! Bath towels a plenty! Beach towels were included but we didn't see them until our last day. They were in one of the cabinets in the 2nd bedroom. Compass was very easy to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area. We highly recommend this condo if you want to be close to everything Key West! Cannot wait to come back!

A tad noisy but fine

Nice clean and well-appointed unit, kitchen v small but adequate for our use; it was a little noisy at times because it’s close to other units on two sides, but basically fine. Convenient location for downtown Key West.

Perfect place

The property was as described and better, Perfect location and right in the heart of old town. A few blocks away from the best sunset. I would book again

Votre compagnie devrais etre amene en cour pour fraude et nous esperons pouvoir prendre contact avec d'autres qui ont ete leurres de meme. Les informations sur votre site web sont frauduleuse et vous etes sourds aux besoins de vos clients. Great Condo in Old Town

Great condo. Had everything you need to function. If I had to criticize it, the WiFi was slow at times and the A/C never cooled the condo any lower than 75 or so. I don’t like it really cold so that was fine with me, but other people may think it was too warm. Also, I don’t think the floors are washed often. We walked around barefoot all the time and our feet were quite dirty. Other than that, awesome location close to all the Old Town happenings!

Parking issue

Ad stated 2 parking spaces, and there was only one. We were to have friends stop by for the day, and parking is a problem in KeyWest
