The property was clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. For early risers, the bar across the street plays live music until Midnight, so earplugs are needed.

Great spot, this is right across from the tipsy rooster that often has local musicians playing. Location is a brief walk to beaches, duval street and several amazing dining areas.

Great location in Key West

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint property. It was walkable to many area attractions including Hemingway House and Zachary Taylor State Park. The property was clean and had what we needed for the two nights we were visiting.

It’s perfect. Being able to sit on the front porch and listen to the music from across the street while we enjoyed if you beverages was amazing. The bed was comfortable mini kitchen was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and plan to.

Nice little vacation spot

This was a nice spot when visiting Old Town Key West right in the heart of all the attractions. Walking distance to everytthing. Property was clean and had everything you needed for a nice weekend away.

We had a very good time. The Heron was a perfect spot for us. CLEAN was upmost important to us as it was. Location was Perfect. Walking distance from Duval and close to Resturants and Ocean. We will stay there again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My first time to Key West. Very clean, location close to some nice restaurants and mgmt is great at responding to messages. Could sit on porch at night and listen to music from bar across the street. Next door is a small convenience store that had an amazing Cuban sandwich. Golf cart and scooter rental company around the corner as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would not recommend staying here as the bar across the street (Tipsy Rooster) has procession of mostly mediocre musicians from 2pm till 2am, and their goal is to "get loud and draw a crowd", and so getting a restful sleep won't happen. We were exhausted at the end of our stay, the opposite of what we hoped would be a refreshing and relaxing vacation. The location is good for activities in Key West; the accommodations are fine; and Colocoda was responsive and helpful.

This property was everything we needed for a short stay in Key West. There is a deli next door and a liquor store/bar with live music across the street. The location was great, one block away from Duval Street. We could walk to beaches, restaurants and the southernmost point. The management company was amazing and even provided a complimentary airport shuttle.

Cute and clean. Close to town and very walkable to beach and night life. I would suggest moving the bed away from the air conditioning unit as it is directly over the bed and woke us up each time it turned on. Also the bar across the street played until 2:00 AM.

Was exactly what I needed

Loved almost every minute of our stay. Finding the place was a bit ruff. Had to re-read the text over and over on where it was located exactly. The number 1330 was on the fence gate, but no 1330_02 on a room door. The grammar was a bit off also. But we still loved it all even after that. Thank you

Perfection - sums it all up

My wife and I stay at many places and I personally travel extensively for business. I've stayed in all sorts of accommodations and the most important aspect of my travel is the customer support and caliber of the people hosting my stay. Studio with good location but may stay up late

Check-in was great. Staff willing to answer questions, assist with parking issues, as specific areas to park. Great response time! Good frig, kitchen utilities, shower. Bed is higher than my bed at home. The Tipsy Rooster, a bar across the street offers live music almost daily, close to 11pm some nights. Some good, some ok music. You may stay up late. Close (1/4 mile?) to access the start of Duvall shops or most southernmost point in the US marker.
