“The check-in process was quick and painless, even though we didn’t arrive until after midnight. The property was quiet, and clean. The condo itself was spotless, it had all necessary amenities and a great view as well! The spot was very close to Duval St, within walking distance of a nice beach - overall, it was perfectly positioned for tourists!”

“The condo was exactly as described, everything was clean and well kept, there were plenty of towels, the master shower was awesome, and we never ran out of hot water with all four of us taking showers one after the other. The kitchen had most everything needed including two coffee pots, a toaster oven; the only thing I would add to the kitchen is a few dish clothes and towels (only found one), maybe another pitcher to hold extra Margaritas : ), and a hand mixer; others may never need a mixer but...

“Place was awesome. Restaurant view & food was excellent. however, the pool lounge chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in. Also, the naval jets flying continuously starting drills at 8:00 am were extremely loud & nerve racking. I would not return due to these factors. But loved the place.”
