Great location. Easy walk to almost every venue.

I really did like the looks of the place and the location. Just two issues. The pool and the third floor. Wife and I each took a bathroom and I got to work out everyday using the third floor bathroom. Other than that, the entire unit was clean and in great shape. Our biggest issue was with the pool the size of my living room which was shared by dozens of units. Very cramped with a maximum of seven people allowed in the pool and they had about the same number of chaise lounges . Rarely were we able to find two chaises together. Also, right outside the pool there were was a house with a group blasting ridiculously loud club music every time we were at the pool. I don't understand how they got away with that everyday. If they had another pool or bigger pool we would probably go back. However, since they don't, I doubt that we will.

Perfect location!

Overall the location and accommodations were outstanding. The accommodations were immaculate and very nicely decorated. My children did say the air conditioning was weak on the 3rd floor and it was too warm at night. Otherwise everything was great!

Great stay in the Foundry

We had another great stay in the Foundry building in the Truman Annex. Avant Stay was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. (although they charged $75.00 to put the third floor twins together as a King). The app and text number made things quick. The property itself was clean and very convenient to Duval but yet quiet once the night was over due to the locked pedestrian gates. The ground floor had a severely buckling tile floor. Avant Stay acknowledged that it was being replaced but during our stay would crack and leave dried caulking all over the floor.

Fantastic place!

The place was fantastic - wonderful location, very clean and big enough for our family. Sitting on the front porch was absolutely perfect. The only comments I would add are that the pool is so small and always too busy for us to enjoy. The photo is not inaccurate, it’s completely accurate, just so tiny. And the chairs on the 2nd floor outdoor area are plastic and look like they may collapse at any moment. We definitely didn’t feel comfortable using them.

Great locat

Rental agency was fine the house was clean and had plenty of towels. Our only complaint was the tv on main level was small and was not a smart tv. The tv on the third floor was the size of a computer monitor and the remotes didn't work correctly with it. Our suggestion to owners would've to upgrade all the tvs

Mix up at the start

When we got the correct unit, all was good. The condo is in a great location, was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen supplies could have been better. I know it said to bring necessities, but I would think storage containers for leftovers or baggies or some sort of foil or something besides the grocery bag to use would be available. Also, clean salt and pepper and maybe dry condiments would be nice.

Clean, comfortable and perfect location

We stayed there with 4 adults. The unit was very clean and comfortable! We were able to get to beach and ducal at on bikes or by foot. Perfect location! We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and perfect location!

This property was fantastic! I was so impressed with how clean it was and had everything that you need. We loved sitting out on the porch and drinking coffee and even ate dinner out there one night. We rented bikes for the week and rode our bikes or walked to everything that we wanted to do. Thank you for a beautiful vacation rental.

Quiet and great location

We loved our stay at this property. Although the fixtures in the unit are not the newest, and the dryer is not efficient (takes 2 or 3 runs through to dry a load of laundry), everything else was great. We loved being in Truman Annex. Super quiet at night, but only 2 blocks from Duval so you walk and be part of the action, but then come "home" to sleep quietly. Loved the front porch. Spent mornings drinking coffee in the shade and watching the joggers, scooters and bikes go by. For a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, space was ample and gave everyone enough room to move around. We would stay here or in a similar unit again.

Nice but dated

Place was very clean but very small. Photos are deceiving. Bathrooms are tiny. Clothes dryer did not work. Place needs an overall update. Handle in bathtub had visible mold inside.

Nice property, excellent location.

This townhouse was clean and was in a fabulous area of Key West. It is in walking distance to Duval, Mallory Square, beaches, etc. We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. The amenities in the townhouse were fine and in working condition. Kitchen and bathrooms could be upgraded but for a vacation rental it was more then adequate. The convenience of this property to all Key West attractions and the beautiful area it is located in made this a perfect vacation choice.

Great Condo, Great proximity, To many Rules

Getting keys to Condo took seconds. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the condo. Dryer still not adequate. Had to run clothes thru 2 drying cycles. We had issues with two of the full time residents. There is no smoking in the entire community. Our contract said no smoking in the condo. Music must be played very low and don't even think about taking any alcohol to the pool. We were even scorned for riding our bikes on the sidewalk. Our unit was 40 feet from the road and we were just exiting the road. I'm a 61 year old man that has not been talked down to for a long time. I suggest the full time residents make an appointment to have the sticks yanked out of their butts. I've been going to key West for 22 years and I will never stay in the Truman Annex again. It's freagin Key West.

Beautiful

Great location. 2 blocks from Duval St and Mallory Square. Lots of space. Would definitely stay there again. Didn't give 5 stars because dryer didn't work and felt they could have some more tall glasses.
