The location was great - near the beach and we didn't mind walking into "town" for dinner etc. It might be far for some though.The grounds were nice, the pool was well maintained and plenty of chairs. Smathers Beach is very close.

Easy check in. Hosts were available when needed but otherwise we were left to be guests. I liked that there wasn’t a crazy long list of things to do for check out. Very reasonable expectations. The place was exceptionally clean. Some areas were a little bit run down (chair in living room, cushions on dining chairs). But I will say it again-one of the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in. Comfy beds. Lots of towels including beach towels (plus cooler and a smattering of beach toys for extra fun). And the grounds were an oasis. Pool garden etc were lovely to come back to after exploring the area. Location was super convenient as well. Loved our stay

Beautiful gardens

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good things about the property. Have a great location, beautiful beautiful garden area,game room ,workout room, library, pool,hot tube and sauna. I really can’t say enough about the amenities. Everything was tiptop and brand new. However the condo itself was very dated. With many worn out and stained items. The one positive thing about the condo is all the linens and towels were of good quality and new. If you are bringing children, this may not be the property for you read over the rules carefully they are strictly enforced.

The condo was very nice and clean and had all the amenities needed for beach resort.

I would recommend this place, very close to the airport and all the activities. Beach is walking distance.

Fantastic Stay in Key West!Our experience here was outstanding. The property manager was exceptional—their communication and attentiveness made sure every detail of our stay was incredible. The condo was exactly as listed, with great amenities and a convenient location that made exploring Key West easy and fun. We especially want to highlight how wonderful the property management team was—truly above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

We really enjoyed the location of this property! We rented bikes and could get around the island easily! Condo was clean and communication was good! We would definitely stay again!

Great pool

We enjoyed the place and it was really clean. Our only concern was that it was a $15-$20 Uber ride to get to Duval St. where the restaurants are. The pool was very clean and large!

Great place

The property (pool & hot tub area especially) was beautiful. It’s quiet location & close to smathers beach. It was further from Duval than expected, but we rented a golf cart so it was still convenient. The manager was amazing & made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Stayed with spouse and 2 adult children. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities needed including beach towels. It was an easy bike ride to Old City and other attractions. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Management was easy to work with.

The condo is within walking distance to Smather's Beach. It was a safe community to stay at. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Having a washing machine/dryer was great as well. We could hear people above us walking throughout our trip but other than that it was great and we would stay there again.
