Very clean space complete with quality fixtures and nice amenities. The pool and hot tub were wonderful in January. Everything was easy to navigate around the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, the kitchen (though we didn’t utilize it much) was very large and well stocked. The amenities here were really great, from the washer and dryer, to the porch and everything available on the grounds. The pool was warm and had an amazing view. My husband used the gym and really enjoyed it. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

Great place on the water!

Great spot with a beautiful quiet beach. Very roomy and comfortable. Porch was large and a great spot to chill.

Paradise!

My sister and I came back to Key West, since we enjoyed our last trip 5 years ago. This place was perfect for us. Beautiful grounds, lovely views, super easy access. The rental was super clean, with great amenities. We would live to come back!

Key west trip

Came down here again this year for vacation. Great condo, location, and pool. It was below zero at home and enjoyed teasing the family with our warm weather. Hope to come again next year.

Great place for pur long weekend

Great grounds solid place for our long weekend. Little off the beating path but thats what we wanted. 15 minute bike ride to Duval. I would stay again for sure.

Nice condo - nice location

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Key West without being in the busy downtown area. Just a short walk or a quick Uber ride to town.

Good sized and clean but could use a refresh

Pool area and commons area were nice and very well maintained.Condo was clean but could use a refresh. Never seen a sunken master bath like this. Needs a makeover.Would stay again.

Getting away from the cold.

We had a great stay at A111, equipped with everything we needed. Beds were not very comfortable and the bathtub’s could use an overhaul. Overall we had a great week.

Wonderful Experience

On our first trip to Key West, this property provided a spacious, clean and great locality for us. We were within a short car or bike ride to all of our "to-do's" on our list. When we were not taking in the sights, we enjoyed the pool and beach area. Next trip back, I will definitely inquire about this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great location and stay

Perfect location. Out of the crowds but close enough to easily get to everything. Had a problem with keycode not working when we got there. A quick call to the number in the email, and we were in the unit within 10 mins. The whole place is set up like a mini resort and everything was in great shape. Family had a great time.

THe management team came in 5 min and figured it out. Offered us a different room if it could not be fixed. Beds were hard and pillows were terrible but everything else about this place was top notch. We were running the 10k and could walk to the start line which was convenient.

Very nice condo

Condo and complex was very nice. Amazing view from pool - right on the ocean! Kitchen was a little sparse with dishes, bowls, etc. location within walking distance of everything if it wasn’t 100 degrees and humid the entire week!

Great base of operations

We came down to Key West to visit family and needed extra accommodations. The condo was great for four adults (two couples), providing all the conveniences and amenities you would want - wifi, AC, comfortable seating areas, big refrigerator, nice coffee maker, etc. It was particularly nice to be able to do laundry in the unit and go home with clean clothes. We did not spend much time on the grounds, but they are very nice with lots of greenery, a pool that looks out at the sea and a private beach. It was also nice to have a parking spot in the gated garage - which made it much more comfortable to get into compared to be parked out in the sun. We would definitely look to stay here again on future visits.
