Completely satisfied with the stay, the room was exactly what we needed. We were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen, the mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom clean and complete. The Colocada team was very friendly and helpful as well.

Very easy check in to this very clean 1-2 person unit 1/2 block off Duval and next to Hemmingways. You can walk to about ecerything but we rented a golf cart frin Crist at Blue Sky Rentals and saw it all. Had our morning coffee on the secluded back pario area and then were off.

Perfect location and very affordable. The apartment looked clean. However, I don't know what kind of poison they're using for pesticide, but it was nauseating. Not just a slight wiff when we first arrived, but horrible the whole time we were there. I had to wash our luggage and wipe down our phone chargers, glasses, souvenirs, etc when we got home. Everything fabric still smells like pesticide even after soaking, washing and febreeze. It makes me wonder what our lungs now look like!

Location is perfect!! Right off Duvall but far enough from the rowdy end that you get a good nights rest and aren’t kept awake from the bar noise. Cutest little rental with everything a couple could possibly need. Was super clean and comfortable! Will def book again!

The trip started with a courtesy shuttle from the airport. It was on time and a very nice vehicle, very clean. The location of the residence is awesome!!! Half a blovk off Fuval St. and right beside a coffee shop. The residence was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful. There was a courtesy shuttle back to the airport at yhe end of our trip as well. All in all, this was one of the best place we have stayed.

From an interior designer: the kitchen area needs a different rug. Space wise it was nice, but the bathroom needs work. The lack of exhaust fan causes moisture to stay and towels to not dry. I would recommend a cute day bed to allow more space in the room. Overall it’s not bad at all and will be booking again in the future!

The cottage was very clean and exactly what I needed for my stay. Bed sheets were so comfortable! The temperature inside was perfect and I loved having a ceiling fan. It was a perfect spot.

Great place!

Great location! Super cute place. It was very clean and quiet. Close to all happenings. The photos showed a parking spot but it was only for another unit. However, there is a parking lot only a block away that worked out great! This is a perfect place for one or two people! We loved it!
