Excellent! Nicely furnished, clean, well stocked, quiet and spacious and in a great location! Only downfall is the pool is too small for the number of condos in the complex. We ended up going to Daunte’s pool if the complex pool was too crowded.

Adults only!

Lovely condo, nicely appointed, super clean with basic essentials i. e. laundry pods, dishwasher pods, TP, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, all linens provided. Children and/or a second couple walking around this 2nd level condo would annoy 1st fl owners! We are 80+ yrs old. Not loud. Early to bed, early to rise. Practice your best tip toe walk!!

Great Place with a Caveat.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Very clean. Good mattresses. The negative is you can’t control the thermostat…it’s locked at 72 degrees. I’ve not had this before in a rental. I’m middle aged and paid a fair price for the week…I want to be able to adjust the temperature. The positive is the check out instructions basically want you to just take out the trash. Some rentals want you to spend half the day stripping beds and doing laundry. Avantstay was very responsive to any problems we had although the Sojo brand toiletries seemed cheap.

Great experience

The property was very clean, well-equipped, quiet, and within easy walking distance with everything we wanted to do in Key West. We would stay here again!

Great condo

We have been to Key West many times and this was a great condo Location was perfect and the condo was very clean. Anything we could have needed during our stay was included (extra towels, washer/dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen). Can't wait to come back!

Comfortable, Clean, and Close to Everything

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The walk-in waterfall shower with the chair was a really nice feature for my 75-year-old friend. We also enjoyed using both the front and back balconies. The kitchen was well-stocked for all of our inside cooking and dining needs, and the beds and couches were comfortable. The price was reasonable considering all of the amenities and location.

Management was great, responsive and we especially like how generous they were leaving extra supplies until we could get out to purchase more. Since we stayed for two weeks, we did a lot of cooking in and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we walked in, we knew we had made a great choice. The unit was adorable! Decorated like you would think a condo in Key West should be decorated. The unit has everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, beach towels, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and utensils you would need to cook up a breakfast or dinner. Wine glasses, corkscrew, coffee maker and coffee cups. The beds were super comfortable and nice TV’s in the living area and one bedroom. Also, the place was so clean- it looked brand new! Perfect location to walk everywhere. We never needed the car! I’ve already recommended the unit to friends and we are already planning another visit! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!

Pleasant extended stay in Key West

Close enough to Duval to walk & bike everywhere but far enough to be away from the noise of night life. Neighborhood was quiet & well kept & felt safe walking around late at night. Got into town a day early due to TS Elsa & got provisions so we could cook in the unit during the storm. Spent mornings with coffee on the front porch people watching & evenings enjoying the restaurants & bars nearby. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled at 11 pm the night before we were supposed to leave but At Home in Key West was able to let us stay an extra day since the unit wasn't previously rented. Great time.

Condo within easy walk around downtown, less than mile from Fort Zachary Taylor beach (went every day, so beautiful!). VERY CLEAN, great amenities. The condo had plenty of linens, even beach towels and 4 beach chairs to use. Parking is around back, with one spot designated. When loading/unloading, we would pull car to front door and then park afterwards. Highly recommend!

Great location, porch views

The property was great, and the location couldn’t be better. Close enough to Duvall but in a quiet, gated community. And the dual patios were a great place to chill throughout the day.

Great location

We walked to everything we wanted to see. Rented a car one day abs drove the keys. Rented a cart one day abs drove all over Key West. Fantastic property. Very quiet yet only a 5 minute walk to Duval Street. Great rental!!!

Wonderful

Loved Shipyard Treasure. We walked all over and never needed a car. The Annex is such a beautiful neighborhood for walking and feeling safe. The condo had everything we needed. It was too hot to enjoy the 2 decks in September but they would have been very pleasant in a cooler time of year.
