Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: a great experience, note: when you rent it here, you get two separate flats, so don't worry about photos that show one bedroom has no doors.Note: please clean up drains in the first unit, esp. in the bathroom.

Great Property

Wonderful place to stay for 2 couples. Great location for everything. Able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Key West. Well stocked units with pleasant, private patio.

We rented both sides, the front for my husband and I and the back for my mother for a long birthday celebration. We met the owner who lives upstairs and she was very sweet. The company handling the property is very professional and attentive.

Perfect place in Old Town

The property management was very communicative and made check in super easy. The rental was clean and charming. The location was super close to everything we wanted to do- nice and quiet as well. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in several KW properties and this is an excellent location! The rental was clean and well appointed. It was great to have the use of a washer and dryer as well. The ceiling fans and AC cooled the units nicely. There's a nice outdoor area where we had breakfast in the morning. The only issue we encountered was that the lights in the front room flickered a lot, and the TV seemed to have a mind of its own, turning off and on by itself. Overall it was a great stay.

What an amazing house!

Two couples stayed here and we each had our own house and it’s was prefect! The location is perfect. One block away from Duval St, which you don’t hear any of the noise! It was also a huge plus on having a parking spot at the house! We were able to fit a RAV4 and 2 scooters in the driveway- which definitely recommend over a golf cart!

Loved Our Key West Stay

My husband and I loved our Key West Weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to find the location on a very quiet street, surrounded by large shade giving trees. I was also surprised that there were two separate one bedroom/one-bathroom apartments with a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Both were lovely with an individual charm. The units were very clean, and the management company was on top of everything from before check-in to check-out. OH! You can just leave your car after arrival and walk everywhere - the location was that perfect!!!! We will surely go back. SOLARIS PAIR-A-DISE is surely a little bit of a get away heaven on earth.

Best Location in Key West

This property is just perfect for a stay in Key West. We rented both units and they were well equipped, beds were comfortable, they were very clean, and the location couldn’t be better. We were able to walk to everything in Old Town. Parking at the units is very small but we backed in a small Tucson Hyundai and were able to make it fit. Communication with the management company was excellent. We only have one recommendation and that is to clarify the VRBO posting. It is hard to understand that there are two one bedroom apartments and they are separate and can be rented separately. We needed both units, but it looked like you could book them individually too.

so much fun in Key West

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay in Key West, the house was wonderful, with the 2 separate apartment style rooms downstairs we were able to have privacy and time spent with my parents. They stayed in the back room with the beautiful garden area, and we stayed in the front. A golf cart fit perfectly in the small parking area and was great for getting around all week. The house location is perfect for quite peaceful time, and just minutes from all the fun and noise of Duvall Street. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. Definitely on our visit again list. The management concierge team was so helpful and kind to deal with, they helped us book our excursions, golf cart and even provided lots of information and suggestions.

Excellent host response when we first had trouble with the code. Parking was a challenge for a large SUV, but we adapted. Location was perfect for walking day trips.

I recently spent a week at SOLARIS PAIR-A-DISE, a paired two-unit vacation rental in Key West just steps from Duval Street. The location made it easy to experience the best of the area, and the property was comfortable throughout my stay. What stood out was the property management team—they were friendly and communicative, even sending a text to let me know about a possible boil water advisory after a storm, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great time and felt well taken care of at this property.

Solaris Pair-A-Dise

First time to Key West. In town for my daughter's wedding. This unit was perfect for 2 couples looking for privacy. The property is divided in two with separate living quarters for each couple. The location is ideal. Less than 5 minute walk to Duvall. Loved it!!!
