  • CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - There will be concrete restoration project happening at 1800 Atlantic Starting in May 2025 through the Spring of 2026. This construction WILL impact your stay if you are staying during the week days. Please contact All Florida Keys Property Management for more detailed information.

    The Grand Vista - 2 bedroom suite - Totally renovated in 2022 - pictures coming soon.

    2 Bedroom 2 bath suite, some renovations with flat screen plasma TV's in both bedrooms and the living room. , King bed in the Master bedroom, king in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full size fully equipped eat in kitchen, washer & dryer.

    Both bedrooms and the living room access the spacious private balcony. Enjoy the amazing view from this top floor unit. You wont find a better value in Key West for what you get here.

    1800 Atlantic is directly on the Atlantic ocean in Key West, adjacent to Smathers Beach the City Beach with a variety of watersport's activities available.

    The property itself features assigned secure parking spaces, 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is the only clay court in Town. There are beautiful botanical gardens with picnic and BBQ areas.

    The Olympic size heated pool sits on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, There is also a 20 person bubbling Jacuzzi tub.

Great view and great renovations to the unit. Property management was very responsive! The overall facility needed improvement especially the gym. Close to the beach. About a mile from downtown.

My husband and I stayed with our two teenage daughters. It was a perfect location for all of us. Great pool and water view. Space looked just like pictures. Rented a golf cart for four days and able to get to Duval street busy area in 15 minutes with that. Would recommend!

The condo was very nice. The amenities such as the beach and pool were perfect. We would definitely rent here again and suggest it to others.

HiMy family and I went to Key West we stay in this apartment the view is beautiful and is well locatedBut the furniture in the living room was extremely dirty my. Either got bedbugs and the carpet in the master bedroom was so dirty it was bad.I understand you guys rent this apartment all the time but you need to clean your furniture and your carpets they all are dirty .The view as I wrote is beautiful

Beautiful unit. Everything was so wonderful inside and out. Great balcony with comfortable chairs. All was as listed in listing. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Quiet location and quiet condo area. Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds

The Big 3!

Large Hot Tub, Sparkling Lap Pool, and great Ocean View. A great place to relax and explore all that Key West has to offer. The condo was bright, clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful View

The newly renovated condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the large balcony and beautiful view. The property has a nice large pool. Only a few minute drive to restaurants and activities.

Super location and great views!

Thank you for the wonderful stay as we were chasing the sun in January. We enjoyed the pool and private beach area overlooking great sunsets. We will be back. Thank you to the management team for helping us out when we needed them.

This ocean-view condo was perfect for our family (2 couples one toddler) for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Nicely renovated, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are modern and bright, and the balcony area has plenty of seating. (It's also very safe for little children). We especially loved the swimming pool (which has two designated lap lanes--very unusual!) and hot tub. The gym was a little small (just one treadmill and a few other machines), but the condo is located right on a beautiful coastal beach/walk, so we exercised there. The rental agents were very responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom faucet came off when turning on. It took 24 hours before addressed. Multiple calls and emails before action. Water all over. Had to share bathroom for all 4 of us. Was told there were other emergencies prioritized. No compensation adjustments or apology. Condo itself was very nice.

Amazing stay

My husband and I stayed the week with friends on my spring break. We celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our time taking in the view, sun, pool, beaches, and Key West. Loved being outside of the town busyness and but close enough to enjoy. The condo renovation is amazing and the patio was where we enjoyed lots of our time!

A wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The room and property were exactly as pictured. Very clean and well furnished. Kids and adults had a blast. The pool and views were fabulous. My only minor complaint in which needs improvement are the curtains in the bedrooms. There are a bunch of panels that that are paper thin and they don’t block out any light so if you’re planning to sleep in or your kids wake up when the sun comes up-you will be awake. The curtains are also extremely difficult to pull back to see the view. It would be better if there were some curtains that were room darkening or blackout and easily to open and close. They also make wider panels so there’s not 6+ to each sliding door. The no-see-ums outside ate our family up, even with wearing bug spray constantly. I’m not sure an individual unit owner can do much about that but it sucked not being able to enjoy the wonderful porch because of being bit so badly.
