From the start of the booking to the end my experience has it has been 5 stars. I had to change my reservation to a day earlier and the hosts handled this change seamessly. The Seagate Estate is wonderful! I highly reccommend this property.

Here’s a cleaned-up version you can post:We stayed 9 nights and loved it. The house is adorable, spotless, and in a perfect location. The hosts were responsive and just a call away. It is a great base for Key West, and the dock made renting a boat easy. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our whole stay. The kitchen has both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig with coffee provided. I am picky about coffee, so I brought my own, but it was a thoughtful touch.A few notes for future guests: this is a professionally managed home rather than an owner-rented place, so you will not find pantry basics like spices or cooking oil. The kitchenware was perfect for the two of us, but it may feel light on plates and flatware for a full house. The living room has a small sofa and two side chairs, which worked fine for two but could be tight for a larger group. By the pool there are loungers only, no floats or noodles. In August the sun is intense, so the pool was essential.None of these are complaints, just a friendly heads up for future guest. We would rent again and highly recommend Seagate Estate.

Wonderful home for large group

Large home with nice surprises. The pool had a large shallow area that was perfect for small children. The toiletries and little items such as starter washing/dishwashing detergents made it so much easier to pack. Having private bathrooms off each bedroom was a plus Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a group getaway

We had a group of 8 of us going away for my husband's birthday and this house definitely did the trick! the location is great (quick uber to Duval) and the house itself was amazing - looked exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint would be that since the other houses are right on top of you, there was a bachelor party next door who was extremely loud and blasting music well into 3-4AM. maybe having a security guard drive around would have helped with that, but otherwise our stay was fantastic.

get Away in Paradise

The family who lives in different parts of the country wanted to get together for my daughters birthday which is on New Years Eve. We used to do snow skiing trips but decided we wanted warm weather and a place to hang out and relax. This home was perfect, we relaxed around the pool, went into town when we wanted to, or just cooked at home. We stayed for five days and I wished it could have been longer.

I own a HVAC business and wanted to take one of my crews on a mini vacation to show them my appreciation for all of their hard work. This home was perfect! It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend it, and would stay here again.

The perfect place for Families with a Boat

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The boat dock was an excellent addition. We only called the property manager one time for gate access but they were prompt and resolved the issue. We even asked for an additional day stay and they made it seamless and at a very minimal price. If we had to mention anything it would be that the pool was too hot, the fans on the back porch didn’t work and some of the fans in the bedroom didn’t have lights. Those items were least of our worries as we were enjoying our family vacation in this wonderful place. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.
