great stay near keystone ski resort

the location was great, the floor plan was perfect, the views were fantastic, and the closeness of keystone ski resort was great.

Perfect place for a bigger group

We had a golf trip booked to Keystone and seven guys stayed in this house. It worked out well! The location is close to the courses and resort and it had enough space for everyone to comfortably hang out in the evening. Great stay!

Great Place

This was a great place nice location! Very confident! Everything we needed was there. We loved the fireplace. It was nice and quiet. The Mountain View’s were amazing! Loved the white clean sheet service. Would stay here again!

Family of 7 fit nice

The property was a great fit for our family of 7. Our host was a great communicator and easy to get ahold of if anything arose. Clean property and great location, not far from lots to do. Thanks to previous reviews, we hit the City Market in Silverthorne for groceries, coffee filters and condiments.

Keystone Gulch

We simply couldn’t be happier with this property we stayed at. View was amazing and the place we wanted to go to was really close by. Everything was really clean and organized like it should be. We could see the care that got put into making sure everything was as close to perfect as possible. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for the wonderful experience that my kids have recieved.

Very spacious and comfortable.

We had a great stay. Kitchen was well equipt but there were no coffee filters and no fridge condiments as most places offer. Plenty of beds and places to spread out. The tv and cable were not hooked up so it took us a while to figure out how to plug everything in and get it operational. Very late check-in and early check out which is a bummer. Hot tub and pool are far from the unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would have been better if the fan was working upstairs on the first night considering it was hot in the room none of the TVs were working so we had to bring our own device too make it work and there was a lock on her TV apparent pin so we couldn't watch that TV downstairs besides that the house is pretty clean and it was beautiful in the area we were at even though it was raining the whole time and we couldn't do nothing we tried to reserve it for a different day or cancel our reservation but they wanted to keep $400 and only give us $180 back for cleaning fee just for being stuck inside the whole time we were there besides eating and going to the store so be careful before you were at this place and read your contract good because if you change your mind you will be out of a lot of money

This house is so spacious and fits 10 comfortably. If you come with kids you could even put up to six young kids in the bunk room since its double beds above twins. I came here with a bunch of friends in our 30s and we had a blast. Wish the hot tub was a bit closer so if you are local to Denver i recommend packing robes. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the smart tv so youtube works and you can navigate between channels easier but they did have cable which was great for the playoff games we all wanted to watch. Lastly, I would recommend way more towels there werent even ten towels and it sleeps ten people specific towels for the hottub also aluminum foil, olive oil and other basics like that would be good to have in the home. Theres plenty of spices and even a slow cooker but no shelf staples is a bit inconveniant

Great location; No frills

If you’re looking for a quick shuttle ride to keystone base area this is the place. The location is awesome. The townhouse was clean upon my arrival and ready at 4:30p as promised. The space is a great layout for families or multiple couples. However, if you plan on cooking, bring all your own spices, cooking oils, and condiments. There was absolutely nothing in the condo, not even salt and pepper. The kitchen has all the basic needs and multiple coffee makers (bring your own grounds or k cups). Being a vacation rental owner myself I expected some basics that weren’t there. Also, don’t plan on logging into your own Netflix account, the TVs have parental code locks on them that won’t let you do anything but watch live tv. While fire wood was provided, there was not a lighter or kindling anywhere within the house. There weren’t even instructions on fireplace operation. The online guest book is extremely general and provides no specifics. You have to reach out to the management company for any specifics, which when I tried to email them was sent back to me as a bad email address. Overall, had I known about the extremely limited supplies I would’ve planned better.

Although the location was excellent, there were unit issues that went unsolved by the management company.1) We asked for different sheets for the bed, they brought the wrong size. Slippery hot sheets not great for winter cozyness.2) The gas grill did not work3) The paper towels and toilet paper were Dollar Store quality, very cheap.4) The text communications were frustrating at one point the mgmt/host blamed me for them not coming to address the issues.5) no hand soap in kitchen, when I asked about it I was told "we don't provide that"6) the heat upstairs was so hot that it was tough to cool the room down even when the heat was turned down.The location was great, very close to skiing - and the unit was very clean and we had fun but I wanted to provide this feedback for future stays.

Keystone Gem

This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was very private with only three units. Lots of chairs for sitting outside and enjoying Autumn weather. We experienced the Aspen turning while we were there. The interior was well maintained. Will definitely rent this again.

Snow Heaven

Great location to ski lifts and other Keystone amenities. Perfect for 2 families as the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Look forward to staying here again for next season.
