Este condominio de 606 pies cuadrados con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño tiene capacidad para cuatro personas y está ubicado en uno de los edificios más cercanos a la góndola. Ofrece vistas a las pistas de esquí desde el balcón privado. Con una ubicación ideal en River Run Village, a pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y fiestas locales.

La entrada tiene ganchos montados y un banco para su conveniencia mientras entra y sale durante todo el día. La sala de estar cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana montado sobre una hermosa chimenea de gas. Hay un sofá cama de cuero y en el verano de 2017 el propietario actualizó con un colchón nuevo. La cocina de tamaño completo está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y vajilla esenciales para hacer una comida fuera de casa. Room was clean and set up with basics. Staff was friendly at check in/out. Room had plenty of dishes and pans even a crock pot. Right in River Run just a quick walk to the gondola, next door a basic grocery/convenance store. Hot tub broken but could have walked next door. During our trip the elevator was fine. Only thing is the building hallways still had the heat on! We were fine using box fans to cool the room.

This place worked out great for me and my son. Easy walk to the Gondola, hot tub, and mini-grocer. Kitchen well-stocked with all the tools we needed for pre/post-ski meals. Only minor negative was an out-of-service elevator (this is a 2nd floor unit) and slight logistical hassle of key pick-up a mile away (we took a shuttle from DIA and the driver made an extra stop for us that mitigated this). Would book again.

Room condition is average. Windows leaked cold air, heat system suboptimal or not working, hottub is in next complex over and no longer adjacent to Arapahoe building. Minimal storage for clothes in unit. Outdated kitchen cook ware with cheaper feel overall despite price tag. Elevator also did not work this week during our stay and had to carry all ski equipment up and down stairs. Highly recommend updating facility or unit. Nice views were the plus! Laundry close by was convenient.

Minimal walking distance back to apartment after a full day of ski and very convenience in term of having all other stores nearby. Only negative is their clean bed is too soft for us.

Tired place

Though the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the main living area was very dirty, and fraying at the seam to the kitchen floor. The main bed seemed new, but hard as a rock, and we like firm mattresses, but his was beyond firm. The sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy. We had family in another building- everything was much better and newer.

Everything was as described! However, Inside the room was absolutely boiling hot! Your AC was not working. I also read on other reviews for this property the AC issue was also noted. Shame on you Property Manager!!!

Be aware of their "off season" and what is not available!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Arapahoe Lodge by Summit County Mountain Retreats was less than impressive! I called before I booked to make sure they had a hot tub and was told yes they did! Well they had one, they just did not mention that it was closed as well as almost ALL of the businesses in the area, oh and the construction outside of our room was a treat as well. 😕 The price offered was a great value until Summit County Mountain Retreats tacked on $165.63 in additional fees....almost doubling the Price that was offered! 🫤

Reviewer Comments: The rental went well, it is a nice condo in a great location with a 10min walk to the gondola. The foam bed is awesome and comfortable. The living room is ok, though the TV high up above the fire place is a little awkward. The price was just right for the week. The only caveats, and there is nothing they can do about it, but it's good to know, are that construction is happening just outside and the noise can be annoying as well as the diesel fumes from all of the trucks and equipment. The road is also a drop off point for supplies for the village which means big trucks and diesel fumes during the day. Overall, I would rent this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good location and clean room. Nice mattress. The bathroom is annoying -- the bathtub has very soft floor. It feels like you are going to break it any minute. The bathroom lights are paired with a very loud fan that you cannot turn off. The apartment has WIFI, but the firewall is setup in a such a way that you cannot access most of the web. For example, VRBO and Keystone Resort web sites are unavailable. VPN does not work either. Annoying. The big kitchen knifes are so dull, they barely can cut. Annoying. The hot tub is permanently closed in the building. You have to walk to the next building over if you want a hot dip.

Great place close to gondola in river run

Great first trip to keystone. Would stay here again. The convenience of being right in the village is the only way to go. Less than 100 yards to gondola. Place was clean, and stocked.

Clean, comfy and convenient. Check-in process seems cumbersome, but is really pretty dialed if you are ok with downloading and app and following that. Also, after you make your reservation, be prepared to then fill out a long agreement. That should be mentioned up front.

The only recommendation I would have is to give more space to put clothes. We had no closet (one was locked and one was full of stuff) and the dresser in the living room was full of misc things as well.
