  • Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. are available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital security doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

This was our second stay at this property - both times while my son played in a tennis tournament at the tennis center. Easy location and access to tennis, beach, and anywhere you want to go on the island. Neat and tidy property!

We were at Kiawah for a family event. This was a perfect location, and the condo is beautiful, has great decor and every convenience, is fully equipped, and is furnished with the all-important comfortable bedding. We really loved it.

Super nice, quiet place in an easy access location and close to what I needed. The owner was super responsive and attentive to my needs and I really appreciated that. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place for a small group to enjoy their holiday! Thanks very much!

The kitchen and bath both need updates. There is a throw rug in the kitchen that is filthy and needs to be replaced immediately. Location was good relative to beach access and was walkable within about ten to fifteen minutes. We experienced flying ants in the bathroom, (approx 40 -50 of them over the six days) and a few in the bedroom.
