Perfection!

Kiawah Elegance was a dream of a vacation home and was just perfect for our family! The home is spacious, well located, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and very well outfitted for our every need while on vacation. The property owner was very accessible and responsive, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and where to find particular services, rent bikes, etc. I highly recommend this property -- you will not be disappointed!

The house was immaculate. Kitchen supplied with anything you need. Super clean. Roomy Beautifully designed easy walk to the beach pool was a big hit with the kids. Loved the screened in porch communication with property manager was easy to reach

Fabulous home

Beautiful home; fabulous view by the pool (hawks eagle, osprey, deer and alligators sunning themselves; short walk to the beach; 10 minutes to Fresh Fields shopping; and best of all besides the amenities is the host! She is so very helpful and pleasant! Don’t miss this home!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

This house is BEAUTIFUL and in the BEST location!! 3-5 minute walk to the beach down a gorgeous bike path! We biked a lot of kiawah and I really loved the scenery of their bike path the most. The house was spotlessly clean & beautiful! All of the bedrooms are super big and almost all of them have king beds, which is a huge plus! The house owner was kind and super responsive and helpful when we had any questions! We also LOVED the pool! It’s beautiful and I also loved that it was salt water so there wasn’t any chlorine smell. The kids and adults were both obsessed with the pool! We had many toddlers and babies with us and it felt very safe for them all! They also had a high chair and pack n play we could use, which was a huge help! Overall, the whole experience was fun and beautiful! Everyone loved the trip and I couldn’t say enough positive things about the house! Such a great time! We will be back :)

Perfect Beach House!

This was my fifth visit to Kiawah with a large group, and this house exceeded our expectations. The layout, pool, and location were ideal, and the included chairs and beach items were a fantastic perk. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the two dining areas made it easy for our group to enjoy home-cooked meals together. The beach is just a 5-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride away via the nearby path. Communication with the owner was seamless, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Family vacation

We had family in from the West coast as well as from Atlanta. The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The location is excellent, mid-island, with just a short walk to the beach and then back to the beautiful pool. I highly recommend Kiawah Elegance.

We stayed in this house for a week and just didn’t want to leave! The house is just spectacular. The house was incredibly clean and everything was in perfect condition. Can’t recommend this rental enough and we will be back!

Gorgeous New Mid-Island Home

This is a beautiful, new, 7 BR home at the east end of Glen Abbey in the Vanderhorst neighborhood. It is just a short stroll or bike ride down Boardwalk 32 to the beach. The floor plan and décor are well thought out with lots of room for guests to spread out. There is a refreshing pool and relaxing screened-in porch. The amenities include a well-appointed kitchen and butler’s pantry, dual washers and driers and a nice collection of “beach toys.” It was a memorable setting for this summer’s family gathering.

Outstanding property

Our family has been coming to Kiawah for over 10 years. We have stayed in a variety of different homes (including beachfront) and this by far was the best home. The owner is very kind, responsive, and a great communicator. We loved all aspects of the house, especially the screened-in porch, the upgrades in the kitchen, and the comfortable beds. This house conveniently backs up to the bike path that takes you directly to the beach. We booked for next year quickly!

Superb!

Superb is the best way to describe our stay! The house itself is just magnificent in layout and furniture. The heated pool was THE feature our grand children enjoyed the most although the beach was a close and beautiful second place. Our host Erin answered our questions promptly and offered suggestions for local attractions. The day after we returned I booked the house for next year!

Beautiful home, great location, wonderful host

We have rented many Kiawah properties over the years, and Kiawah Elegance was the absolute best. Erin, the host, was Incredible, and the most gracious owner we’ve had; made sure we had everything we needed, was very helpful with me whenever I contacted her with questions, and responded immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure we had things necessary for our four month old grandson. Kitchen had the most extensive assortment of cooking, baking, etc. that we had seen. All appliances were top notch. The 2nd floor space really made the trip, and allowed the teenagers to have their separate space. Thank you Erin for a wonderful week!!
