Great 5 bedroom home on Kiawah

This home was everything we expected as well as needed. It is a lovely property close to the beach but with a pool to make it extra special.

Amazing, gorgeous trip!

We absolutely loved loved this house! The house amenities were very modern and the house was gorgeous!! We couldn’t get over the amazing pool and view! It was so lush and private! We loved our walks to the beach to check out the beautiful scenery!!! Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Charming Kiawah Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is well equipped and well designed for a family gathering. We spent hours in the pool every day and beach access is very convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is clean and well maintained in the home. Thanks!

Family vacation

Property was very clean and very cozy feeling. We really enjoyed staying there and using the pool in the back every day. We were also amazed that even with all the trees around the pool, they were absolutely no bugs. We also enjoyed the proximity to nearby biking trails. We had a great time!

Heated pool works in 60 degree temps

Great house. Big bedrooms, plenty of private bathrooms and best of all, great pool with a strong heater. We have twice stayed at this house and swam in February. Not all pools can do that. Management very responsive.

Great house! Great location! Nice pool! Easy walk or bike ride to beach. House could use additional/different furnishings. Needs additional lounge chairs in den - only had one chair and one sofa for a 5 BR home. Bedrooms and baths are all very nice -- but has some outdated and oversized furniture. Could use smaller and simpler furniture with working spaces in each room for those working remotely. Great closets with drawers - so don't need oversized dressers.

Kiawah Spring Break Trip

The house is in a great location on the golf course and a short bike ride (less than 5min) to the beach. The house itself is nice. You can tell its aged a bit, but good value for the price. We easily fit two families across the 5 bedrooms and the pool in the backyard is a bonus. The property wasn't the cleanest when we checked in. It wasn't dirty per se, but just some small stuff like crumbs on the counters, dust/pollen all over the screened in porch, etc. We also had some small maintenance issues (pool chair broke - was rusted out - and the water out of the fridge wasn't working). The property manager was very prompt and came out to the house almost immediately to address (which was great). Would definitely recommend to others.

Great place!

The house was wonderful, very clean. The pool area is the right size to relax while the kids play in the pool. The walk to the beach with a 4 and 5 year old was easy, and the beach was not crowded at all.

Amazing House

Pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful house in a great location and the property manager was very responsive and attentive. Everything was beyond my high expectations. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

We were only in Kiawah for a long weekend, but this home fit our needs perfectly. Large, clean and well-kept. Location is nice along Turtle Pointe Golf Course. Check-in process was simple and easy. Great house for a large family.

Lovely house, spacious and comfortable

We stayed in late Feburary. The pool heater worked great, even on a day when temps barely peaked 60 degrees. Home is very comfortable, good floor plan offering private bedrooms but communal space that is great for gathering. Location is very walkable to beaches.

A beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood

Surfsong was the perfect location for our reunion of friends: a spacious, immaculate home with a beautiful outdoor space, located a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. The large, open kitchen, dining room table and screened-in patio were perfect gathering spaces for us to eat and connect. The views from both sides of the house were lovely and made us feel as if we were in a tropical paradise. I would recommend this property to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Updated:Our family thoroughly utilized and enjoyed this immaculate property. We had 7 adults and 2 under 2yrs and found the space was very accommodating. Nicely appointed with high end details in each room. The beds were all very comfortable which is hard to find in rentals. The house itself is very shaded-some may like this especially during the humid summer season, but we were there in October and would’ve liked a little more sun on the property. The off kitchen mini office became essential for one family member, yet allowed him to still be present with the rest of us. The screened in porch provided a quiet and relaxing space for another family member who had occasional online meetings and calls. We used the pool almost daily, but felt the cost for heating during the week was exorbitant. The walk to the beach was not ideal for little ones and pregnant moms taking a solid 12 minutes-we often would drive up and drop off some people. The beaches were beautiful and we all loved the ability to ride bikes on the beach. The provided credit for beach/bike rentals was a wonderful option and much appreciated! The island has interesting wildlife and marshes to explore. Kiawah is definitely a golfers paradise(though we aren’t a golfing family.) We’ve rented a lot of properties over the years and this, hands-down, was everyone’s favorite!

Outstanding home and location

This was our first trip to Kiawah so we really did not know what to expect in terms of housing or beach. This home was outstanding in every respect; it accommodated easily our group which ranged from 6 to 9 people during the week. The house is an easy bike ride to the beach (strongly advise renting bikes). The management company was responsive to any requests. It was a great week even for a family of non-golfers! Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful property

Exceeded our expectations. My son had a wonderful time in the pool and at the beach. I recommend that you rent bikes for the family. Makes it very easy to get to and from the beach.

Great house

This house was very comfortable for our group of 10. The proximity of the beach is a short bike ride away, and we had everything we needed at the house. I would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend it!
