ALOHA Venga de vacaciones a nuestra hermosa casa recién remodelada frente a la playa. Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas de la isla Kaho’olawe, el cráter Molokini, las montañas del oeste de Maui y, por supuesto, el prístino océano Pacífico y su costa. Sugar Beach es la playa de arena más larga de Maui y está a solo unos pasos. Ofrecemos WI FI gratuito, estacionamiento gratuito y televisores HD de pantalla grande en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones.
Nuestra casa de playa es una unidad final que permite vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos aún mayores desde la terraza, la sala y el comedor. El dormitorio principal también tiene excelentes vistas al mar. Relájese con su taza de café o una copa de vino y disfrute de las ballenas migratorias de temporada y espectaculares puestas de sol. Deja que el sonido de las olas te haga dormir todas las noches.

Estamos a solo minutos del centro de Kihei, que ofrece muchas opciones para ir de compras, comer y actividades locales. Estamos ubicados en el centro de todas las atracciones famosas de Maui. Lahaina está a 20 millas al noroeste, Wailea a 6 millas al sur y el aeropuerto a 9 millas al norte del condominio.

We never had to leave our temporary home. Everything was wonderful - the comfortable and beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need, the beautiful view from the lanai, the beach chairs on the well maintained lawn, and the little shopping center across the street. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We practically never left and wanted for nothing. Thank you!

It was comfortable, close to a small market ABC STORE and a shaved ice shop second to none! The views from the balcony are amazing for sunsets!!!The hosts were responses right away when we contacted them and helpful with questions as as well as accommodating when asked to set up the second bedroom with a king size bed.
Crescent moon on our last night was amazing!
The colors are spectacular!

The interior of the property is up to date and spotless. Our family of 4 was perfectly comfortable. The closets had all the beach day gear a family could need for an island vacation. When we needed a break from playing on the beach right outside, we were able to take in the incredible views from the windows and balcony, including the beautiful view of the canoe rentals next door. Across the street is an amazing farmers market, ABC store, artisanal bakery, gift shop and literally the best shave ice shop on Maui. Grocery shopping, gift shopping, luaus, everything you could want are just minutes away from the property. The people are so kind - everyone is happy to be there. It really is paradise.

Perfect condo for our Maui vacation

Susan and Tiva’s condo was the perfect home base for our visit to Maui. Our family of 4 had room to spread out, the accommodations were lovely and the views from the lanai were spectacular.

Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view was stunning and so great to sit out on the balcony and enjoy it all. We took advantage of the canoe club next door and did their visitor paddle. So fun! We also loved being right across the street from Ululanis- our favorite shave ice place! The condo itself was great and as described. We hope to book here again.

Marvellous Maui!

We had a wonderful trip to Maui and a perfect stay at Susan and Tiva’s. We toured all over the island, saw all the sights and many great beach days, including the beach right in front of the condo. At the end of each adventure it was lovely to come “home” to the condo’s comfort and amenities!

This was a fabulous week in Kihei. The condo was perfect for the three of us and the view from the patio was breathtaking. All our needs were met; such as the beach chairs and towels being provided. Memorable Family Vacation

PERFECT condo location for our family vacation with an amazing view from the balcony. We enjoyed the beautiful daily sunrises and sunsets as well as Ululani’s shave ice and Sugar Beach bake shop across the street.The condo was also only 10 minutes drive to Maalaea Harbor where we had our very early morning Trilogy Sail to Lana’i and Four Winds Snorkelling Tour to Molikini. We extremely enjoyed our home away from home for a week which had almost everything we needed. Thanks Tiva and Susan for sharing your beautiful condo and making us feel very welcome. Your communication before and during our stay was highly appreciated. Also, want to acknowledge AA Oceanfront staff (Michelle, Jera, and Jingky) for prompt responses to our questions and requests to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Maui.

Just perfect!

We looooved this condo!! It’s located in our favorite building in Kihei since it sits directly facing the water. The condo has EVERYTHING you could possibly need and then some. Communication was great. Checkin was super easy. Loved the balcony and access to the beach and pool. Definitely will stay here again. 1000% recommend!!

Amazing rental in the perfect location!

This was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at! The location is perfect, love the bakery, shaved ice and ABC store accoss the street. The condo had everything you would need and was very clean, comfortable and had the very best sunsets! I would 1000% stay here again and rent from these wonderful owners! 5 star!

Wonderful Oceanfront Condo

The condo was the perfect jumping off point for us on Maui close to many things we wanted to do. Amazing Vacation

My husband and I Staten in this beautiful condo for 8 days. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching amazing sunsets every evening and watching the sky light up every morning! The views are spectacular!! The canoe club next door was very fun to watch as were the turtles!! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner text upon arrival and on our last day just to check in and the property manager did the same. This was simple to rent and we will definitely return!! Thank you for sharing your amazing property!!
