Spacious stay

An overall excellent choice for your stay. Beachfront, excellent views of sunset, close to shopping and food. Very spacious. Powerful air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms. Reasons I gave it 4/5 were for minor issues and caveats: - listing says living room was air conditioned, however it is not. It got quite hot in the afternoon even with windows open. I even confirmed with the property manager who admitted listing was wrong. Please fix the listing. - wifi name ans password in instruction manual was wrong. I contacted property manager who gave corrected info. - Pool has no covered shelter or gazebo, can be hard to sit beside pool in the afternoon. Also Minimum Height is 3.5 ft so my 4yr old couldn't splash around. Another property I stayed at had a kids shallow side. - its in a busy and main part of north kihei, as soon as you exit the property while walking to local store past 9pm, you may encounter a few homeless or drug users.

The views are beautiful

Very happy for the most part with our stay. The property is well-maintained and the views are breathtaking so close to the ocean and the garden area is so beautiful and well kept. Condo was comfortable it had everything we needed. The reason for four stars instead of five is because all the fees add it up to make this cost double.

Perfect location, condo was in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the property and unit. It was very clean and a big plus to have the umbrella and chairs included.

Maui - Kehei

Location was perfect, close to the beach. Property is slightly older but the interior was adequate for a family of 4, the bedrooms have portable AC units but they kept the rooms adequately cool along with the ceiling fans. The view of the sunsets from the balcony were phenomenal. Kitchen was great for meals and the grocery stores were couple of minutes from the unit. Great vacation spot.

Nice condo, issues checking in

Condo is nice with gorgeous views. Decently stocked for cooking. Amazing location. On site property maintenance was always working to keep the grounds & common elements clean. Wish there was A/C in the great room (only available in bedrooms). Had a major issue with checking in - was provided my door code via email, then a day before our scheduled check in I received a text stating there may be some issues with the door code so was provided a backup code. Due to flight issues we arrived at 2:30am to a dark, unlit front door to find neither code provided worked. Not ideal to encounter at that hour of the night/early morning and after 12 hours traveling with my 70 year old mother-in-law and 18 month old daughter. I called the "emergency after hours" number four times in addition to the other phone number a couple times and left VMs, all over the course of 20 mins, unable to reach anyone. In a moment of desperation I texted them and received an auto reply noting their office hours. Thankfully someone did reply to my text a few mins later and was able to provide a different code and that third code did indeed work. I would give them another chance but definitely triple check your options to reach them after hours.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy stay

Very well-maintained property. The short walk across the grounds to the beach was great for sunset views. Kitchen and grills were good for dining in and there are plenty of restaurants a short walk or drive away, also a grocery store, drug store, and your choice of snorkel gear rental places. Not huge for two couples but big enough.

A great location

We really enjoyed our stay here, as it was right next to the beach and pool, and very accessible to grocery stores and gas. The only problem was that after the first day, the hot water didnt work and we had to take cold showers for the rest of our stay there.

Easy like a Sunday morning

Seriously, check in was easy and the property had everything we needed. It was easy to clean up after ourselves and we felt safe the entire time. The view was beautiful, we watched sunsets from our balcony frequently. The property had the beach equipment we hoped and the bathrooms were well stocked.

Great Location

The location was great. Close enough to the main areas, but just far enough away to have a lovely quiet beach. The apartment was as described with a m good kitchen and good sized rooms. Would definately recommend for a family stay

Overall good

Stayed at this property in the past and was very pleased. Unit was not clean upon arrival but management got the cleaning crew overand got the unit cleaned. Overall a nice stay and will probably stay a t this property again in the future

Beautiful property

We extremely enjoyed our stay wish it was longer! Coming back next year. However, the room was not cleaned when we checked in and we never got the instructions to check in... stuff happens ! We truly loved our stay and the people there and the manager on propert was awesome

too many issues

first-last review mentioned having air conditioner on for arrival. It was not on and the condo was like a oven. It took 5 hours tooo cool it down. Master bedroom had only one lamp instead of 2 with a measley 60 watt bulb. People do read at night. there were ants in bathtub. only one dish towel for dishes. shower water was lukewarm. On full blast, I could stand under and shower. Patio door very difficult to open and close. Worse was the heat and not having the air on upon arrival!!!!! and no second lamp in bedroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would not use this place ever again. We could not even cook due to heat in condo becvuase a/c in bedrooms could not keep kitchen/Livingroom cool.

Everything we needed in a quiet, great location

Great location, just 20 mins from airport and 25 mins to beginning of Road to Hana. Condo all updated and very clean. Grocery store next door and great restaurants close by - we ate at Nalus, Paia Fish Market, Coconuts, Maui Pie(dessert), and Pico for breakfast - purple sweet potato pancakes! We loved having our own private beach(hardly anyone else there) in front of the condo and appreciated having chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. It was also helpful having an extra mattress under the bed since we had 2 large teens. Air conditioning units in bedrooms worked very well. Only suggestions for improvements would be to have AC turned on before we arrive, comfortable furniture on balcony, and some coffee would be nice. Overall we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Great location and equipped well.

This Maui rental was fantastic, well equipped kitchen and the hosts supplied beach chairs, cooler and umbrella making the beach more enjoyable. Walk to Nanu’s One of the best Kihei restaurants.

Wonderful Week in Maui

We stayed for a week at this condo and it worked perfectly for our visit. We visited our son who moved to Kipahulu a year ago and we had a great time snorkeling, beach walking and dining out. Good location for us and accommodations worked well for privacy for all. The amenities in the condo were very much appreciated. We had a few noisy neighbors at times but all in all was a great stay. We contacted the management a couple times with questions and got quick responses.
