Lovey view of ocean. Kitchen looks nice, but not user friendly. Kitchen pantry filled with appliances allowing no space for guest food storage. Floor mats at entry are dirty and worn. Carpet needs to be cleaned.It's a great location - just needs a little TLC.

Quiet Overall Stay

The condo was clean throughout and ready to occupy. The a/c was on prior to our arrival so it was nice to walk into a cool condo. Well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is really quiet and calm. We enjoyed our stay and are sure you will too! The only thing we minded were all of the notes posted inside the dwelling telling tenants what they could and could not do.

Lovely property. Easy to all shops, beaches, and golf. Great restaurants in area.Our only real disappointment was the third small office marketed as a third bedroom was a stretch. As three senior adults traveling, we should not have considered it, in hind sight.

This is a beautiful condo- well appointed and has an amazing golf course and ocean view.! We appreciated the size of this condo- with five adults, there was plenty of room for everyone. The property manager communicated in a timely fashion and made the check in and out process seem less. Hope to return next year!!

Amazing location, beautiful views!

We loved our weeklong stay at this condo! The amenities were exactly what we needed traveling with two young kids. The location to the pool and walkability to all the shops and restaurants was excellent!! Condo had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Nice Place

The unit is a nice 3BR condo unit on a golf course. The pool is just outside the door to the unit. Very close, which was nice. We did not hear any pool noise from the unit. Actually, it is very quiet once inside. The balcony overlooks the golf course and you can see the ocean. The unit is not on the water. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to it. The unit has plenty of beach supplies if needed. Our kids took advantage of those. The listing says there is bidets, there is not. We did find clothes steamers in the unit which were nice to have as we were there for a wedding. The air conditioning units do a great job of cooling down the unit quickly. The only minor problem we had was parking. There is one spot for the unit and guest can park in one spot only. We had our adult children(2) with us and their spouses. So we had three cars to park. The management office of the complex did not like that. Romvari Rentals was very helpful in getting that straightened out for us. Thank you. Overall, a great experience and nice place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

3rd Trip to Maui- Best Stay

The unit is just as described. View to the ocean and sunset- something to see both morning and evening. AC and fans kept the unit at the perfect temp. Kitchen perfect as we cooked some nights and almost every morning. Location is excellent for walking and getting to shops and the beach. Wonderful choice of beaches each day- lots of super restaurants nearby and we did a Surf Lesson- which was our highlight! Towels and Beach gear in the unit was perfect. Mahalo and we hope to return again soon!

Beautiful condo in Wailea

The condo was exactly as pictured, and was so comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were all very comfortable, having A/C was such a treat, and the view from the deck were gorgeous. Every morning on that deck was so relaxing! The kitchen had all of thw supplies we needed - toaster, coffee maker, oven/stove/microwave, large fridge & freezer. The bathrooms were well stocked too: ample towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There were even beach towels for us to borrow. There were a bunch of beach chairs in a closet - that also came in handy. Very quiet and secluded - we loved being a mere 30 feet from the pool area, yet having the plumeria trees as a nice privacy screen. Parking is maybe 30 feet away, and the condo is up a short staircase - located on the 2nd floor. Washer & dryer are out on the deck - in a closet. They worked perfectly and had detergent for us to use.
