  • Enjoy your stay at this newly listed 2BR/2BA premium condo next to the beach in the heart of Kihei. 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins to grocery and restaurants. Tropical garden, swimming pool & Jacuzzi. Condo features in unti washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, and WiFi.

    The lanai has Haleakala mountain view, a dining set, and is equipped with beach gear. Vaulted floor-to-ceiling glass wall brings an unobstructed view from the kitchen, bedroom and living room.

    This condo has two bedrooms, the downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs LOFTED bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The living room has a new memory foam queen sofa bed which can accommodate 2 guests. It has two full baths, one with tub access. Each bedroom also has beautiful outside view and plenty of natural sunlight and breeze.

    Whole condo will be available to the guests. If you care about storage space, there is plenty in the house for guest access. The newly installed washer and dryer units is a rare luxury in Maui and great for in-house laundry after a long day in Maui.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with blender, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups and all necessary silverware/cooking pots. You may find essential condiments stocked. Anytime you need something, the grocery store is right behind the community at 5 mins walking distance.

    At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

We rented two units as we had additional family members. The other unit had excellent remodel and great air conditioning. Our unit was hot ( air conditioning worked but not efficiently) we spent over two weeks and will return but not to this unit for the price. ( we come to Maui every two years or so and mainly stay at Kehei Garden Estates for close proximity to restaurants, sites, etc)

3 Weeks in Maui

The location being within walking distance to the beach and shopping was great!We had to reach out to the host for one thing and the fast and professional response was amazing. It was a little smaller than what we were expecting but was still manageable and would stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for our home base in Maui. Conveniently located close to the airport (central location!) and walking distance to a beach and lots of restaurants. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well.

Family vacation

Great stay for families, all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay, great to have access to beach equipment so didn’t have to hire and basic kitchen essentials left so we could keep everything clean and tidy.The supermarket, restaurants and beach a few mins walk, a quiet laid back area, if you want something a little busier definitely hire a car, we did as we like to explore the island.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights this past month. The property had everything we needed and was extremely clean. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this place!

Great vacation

Everything was perfect. The condo is close to everything. It is very well equipped, and very clean. The beach in front of the condo is small but there are lots of turtles! We loved everything! I have no negative comments to say.

This vacation home was a bit of a disappointment.The check in process was confusing but made it worse because of the host’s terrible communication. We missed a signature, but the host never sent a follow up, so didn’t know why we weren’t given instructions. When we tried to call their number, it all went to voicemail. We had to go to their office and ask someone to help us there. When we got inside, the air conditioning was broken. The host (when she finally responded) said it was because we turned it down too quickly and to wait. We later found out that the refrigerant was leaking. The shower door was also broken and the front screen door locked us out one day. We couldn’t reach the hosts because the “emergency” number kept going to voicemail again, so we had to figure out how to jimmy the lock ourselves. Once we got in contact by email. they sent maintenance the next day. It was fast, but just sucked to have to wait for them to come as we didn’t want people coming in to the home without someone present.You can tell this location isn’t one that the host checks up on or maintains, but just relies on outside cleaners to come and go. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and old and the cushions sank into the couch bed. The mattress on the beds are also very old as well. The washer/dryer was very dirty and made me not want to use it.However, it is a fantastic location by the beach and good food. That is the main selling point if you are looking to stay here.

Very clean. Temperature in apartment difficult to maintain as the air conditioner is on a timer. The apartment was either hot and humid or freezing cold. Easy parking, nice condo complex. Easy access to the beach.

Would recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at the property. Under 5 minutes to a beach with fantastic sunsets and great swimming for adults and kids alike. Saw turtles at the beach and humpback whales from shore. Very clean unit Well stocked kitchen Nice facilities (pool, BBQ) Family friendly Only downsides included earlier checkouts than other properties and slow (or non existent) replies from Bello Realty when trying to contact them via VRBO website messaging platform.
